The Blackpine is a superb hotel. Small, intimate and beautiful. Javier and all the staff were extremely helpful. Answering all our questions and even giving us recommendations on food and activities to try. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel is beautifully designed, clean and very comfortable. The staff is warm, professional and attentive. Valet parking was very convenient and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The private SPA experience was a great bonus — relaxing and well maintained. Great location too!

During our this year's motorcycle tour through the Pyrrenees, our group of six spontaneously decided to spend the night in Andorra. At our age [LOL], we keep paying a lot more attention to comfort and coziness rather than to price - although this was simply just a great offer we could just not reject. After booking through booking.com, everything else was just a piece of cake: Being contacted by the receptionist regarding our time of arrival for the most convenient check in, the reception itself along with a refreshing cool drink, the personal escort to the underground parking garage, the room allocation, the bar (you know, that mandatory arrival drink), the "room" (in my case a suite) anyways and not at least the breakfast. Even the director, being right on the go for a short get away, showed up for some nice meet 'n greet. All in all, those 10 real rock-solid points is the least we can award. Many thanks once again to the entire team for a really pleasant and remarkable stay!

The manager greeted us warmly and professionally...nothing was too much trouble. The room had every facility we could need. Breakfast was fine. The car was parked for us and delivered promptly the next morning

It is an amazing hotel!!Upon availability we had our upgrade to our Rome so it was a fantastic issue. Room and all staff of the hotel made our holiday an exciting adventure. People are very kind and respond to any issue. Also the position of the hotel is great for walking in city center.

BEST ROOM I’VE EVER STAYED IN. We didn’t want to leave. Lovely bedding and furnishings, beautiful bathroom. Lovely staff. We were given a free upgrade to a suite which was beautiful.

Beautifully designed hotel with great central location in Andorra La Vella. The staff were extremely friendly and obliging. We enjoyed the spa very much, and breakfast was great. The hotel also had good parking options. Our room was fantastic - the bed was very comfortable and we particularly liked the smart TV.

I advise after renting a car you don't need it, and the parking is 25 dollars for the day, as I am the place close to all benefits

I have no idea how they will accommodate all guests at meal times when the place is full. The only slight comment I have is that you can hear the plumbing loudly in the room when the rooms upstairs are showering or flushing. But I had a superb undisturbed night's sleep, thankfully due to a relatively empty hotel.

The hotel opened 5 days ago, so everything is more or less perfect. Superb design, lighting, comfy beds, amazing shower and still small enough to give a boutique feel. Staff are exceptional and make every effort to help and be attentive. Location is walking distance to the centre of town and offers valet parking. Excellent.

Pretty new installation, spacious rooms, careful attention and overall service, quality breakfast and nice own spa in the basement of the building. I asked their help as I had the transfer to BCN cancelled last minute (I had organised it myself independently) and they immediately jumped on the topic to sort out everything professionally and smoothly. I’m a regular traveler and this hotel definitely stands out from the crowd. Congratulations, I highly recommend it and look forward to stay there again.

Everything was amazing we stayed only for one night but for sure we are coming back to this amazing place! Everyone was so helpful and we saw the manager the day we were leaving and he was so kind and nice to us! It’s close to everything and very calm at night so you get both. And was worth every penny.
