Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MexicoIt was difficult to find as the location on google was not accurate at the time of us being there (Nov.2024). But it IS deep in the gold souk and shares an entrance with a restaurant. The people in the area are constantly trying to sell you things which can be a little exhausting but not the worst thing ever either. Location is okay...things are a bit far but commuting in dubai seems to be time consuming for everyone so yeah.
Staff is kind and our room was clean. It's definitely a little dated but for the price, I guess it was to be expected. There's a fridge and A/C...plus a balcony (though the view is nothing special)

Czech RepublicBreakfast didn’t taste good - the menu was ok but the food was just not done well. What I also did not get was the wake-up call from reception at 8 am just to inform us that we should go for a breakfast (which was served until 10 or 11 as far as I remember).

MauritiusIf you want to take taxi, that's the problem because the hotel are found in a very busy street, there is always traffic and sometimes taxi don't want to go there because of the traffic but that's not the hotel fault. Metro station is 10-15 min walk

HungaryThe hotel is noisy. You can hear every door slam, etc. The noise from outside is surprisingly low even though it is located about the gold souq. It is pretty far from major sights,but is my fault for not checking properly.
The staff was nice and helpful. Good location if you interested mostly in the old town.

United Arab EmiratesThe remote controller for the AC was not working due to battery failure. Would have been nice if the room was inspected properly before releasing. No tea coffee making facilities, which is a must. Was mentioned that I would get 25% discount on any food order but once placing the order was informed by a Philipino lady at the restaurant who was not much professional, that the discount is only for an order which is more than AED 100 and then again asked someone else and told it was only for a food order worth of AED 50. Water was extremely hot even the cold water at the bathroom.
The receptionist, Hemant whom I met at check in was really nice. Smooth and friendly check in. Made a good first impression. Was very helpful. A balcony room was allocated as requested at the last minute. Clean and tidy room. The stay was comfortable. Ordered food from room service. Food was tasty and good portion size.
