the only request or suggestion I would like to highlight is the food menu, it would be appreciated if the menu has more options and verity to select from. I found it a bit difficult to choose. maybe more gluten free, vegetarian options.

Water in the room was very hot to shower with at all times during the day and at night There was no cooler or chiller

One suggestion for the property is that their refrigerators (mini bar) should be more chilled (they were not that cold).

An excellent place for a getaway and felt totally at home at the same time. The retreat is set up in a way to make the guests feel at ease, relaxed and comfortable. Both the outdoor and indoor swimming pools were very enjoyable. We went in the summers (relatively less occupancy) so breakfast was a set menu but the variety was as good as a buffet. The staff were incredible and very attentive and forthcoming. We were warmly welcomed by Christie and Ukasha who saw to it that all our needs were addressed. At breakfast we were treated with loving and special attention by Kalani, and Chef Ashish gave us special attention by providing us with the cuisine of our desire. Florent was there without our asking to take us to our room! Rooms very comfortable and homely and diverse options of viewing on the television. I would highly recommend the retreat to anyone looking for a relaxed getaway and look forward to staying there again and in fact in other retreats too by Sharjah Collection! Imran Khalid Abu Dhabi

The place was absolutely beautiful and we truly enjoyed our time there. It was very clean, and the service was impressively fast — whatever we asked for was delivered right away. The pool was very clean and completely private, which is something we rarely find — it really made the experience extra special! The reception staff were respectful and very helpful, and the food was incredibly delicious! Special thanks to Florent who helped us explore the place. He was always available to take us wherever we needed and bring us back as soon as we contacted him. He’s a very respectful and kind person, and we really appreciated his support! We’ll definitely be booking the same place again in the future!

I wished if the food menu had more options like what is a pool with out a pizza 😂 And make sure to get your shampoo conditioner and shower gel it’s like so small i can call them testers you will not be happy with this especially for long hair girls

The privacy was amazing, room service was fast and i liked the unique way of checking in and out the pool in our tent had a nice depth any one can swim even if you were not a good swimmer Definitely going back inshallah

Fabulous stay at the Al Badayer Retreat by Sharjah Collection. Before my arrival, my dedicated butler - Elvin has already sent a message to follow up on my arrival and shared the location, assuring my arrival will be smooth. Soon after I parked, Elvin was already there waiting in a buggy to transfer me to the reception for check-in. Everything are seamless. The staff around were all welcoming and friendly. I was then travel through the resort facilities in my buggy when heading to my room. Stayed at the Grand Deluxe 1 Bedroom tent, it's spacious and the room has modernist design with luxury touch. Love their mattress & pillows, my sleep was spectacular! The terrace furnished with barbecue tools & dining area. Definitely will come back next time for a barbecue night. The private pool & sunbeds are the highlight of the stay. Spent most of the time there! Since my room is facing the desert, that grant me the absolute privacy and peace while enjoying my pool. Special thanks to Elvin, Kristie, Mr. Jamal & Mr. Ahmed, their personalised service and special touch has made my getaway exceptional! Highly recommend and am already planning to come back again before check out😂😂. Love it!

More privacy for ladies and families and very quiet and clean place. Mr. Elvin was my assistant there he is very kind and friendly also I met their manager Mr. Jamal he is amazing man really a helpful. That was fourth time I been there. My children were very excited there in a swimming pool.

Me and my family really enjoyed this place. All was perfect , rooms , food , facilities , access to a beautiful desert and attractions . But above all very professional and welcoming staff caring about all details and particularly friendly and committed : Mr Ahmed the General manger and all his staff were caring about all to make sure a comfortable stay for us. I Will definitely come back soon again with my family to enjoy this hotel and especially the villas with a desert view and private pool , the right place to relax fully.
