Pool wasn't clean Lot of bees around 🐝🐝🐝

It was not kid friendly place as it is advertised as family and we did inform them prior that we have 3kids under the age of 4 but it was not safe for them. The common area had tables that are completely unsafe or stable for any one let alone children they kept falling because the cant handle any weight and they were extremely heavy to move away from the childrens path we had to be on out tips and toes to insure there safety and one fell on my nephews he was not badly hurt but it was an almost situation. We wanted to have a break and enjoyed but we were always worried the kids might get hurt or someone else because of that.

It is very private and secluded, the staff were very friendly and the pool is like you are in a different world, the rooms are cozy and have an amazing layout, the out sude setting area was very nice and the best is the bycecales and ride activities.

The materials used for bathroom are not thoroughly thought through as they only look nice but unfortunately are not functional (the shower hose heats up to the point that you cant hold it without burning your hands moreover, its placement is too low and should be more flexible as it is currently hard to position properly)

Badly maintained … in the room the door lock wasn’t working properly and the bathroom handle was broken. In the SPA, I paid 200 AED and only the salt room was working. Neither the Sauna (maximum reaching 40 degrees) nor the tropical showers worked. Also the view from the retreat… one side is a street and the other side the desert view is not clear.

Staff lovely and trying to be very helpful, Pool area clean and minimalistic design, night movie under the star was very cool.

The staffs are very helpful throughout our stay and I can communicate the staff all the time before check-in and during my stay with no problem. Food are also nice

everything was great, but as mentioned before... the food options were not as much as we liked and most the stuff were not available in the menu whole ordering.

I will not be able to visit the hotel again until the management build a wall around the facility. The rooms door open to the highway as well as the pool gate. 4 truck drivers opened the pool gate wondering around as there was no security during the day, they broke our privacy but I”lol be much worried if I am as the head of the family wasn’t there and left my kids in such a miserable situation. This Indeed sad news and I will not book any mysk hotel after seeing how the facility is design and built in a nonsense way. Even camels and animals can wonder around.
