However, we truly appreciate your honest comments about the sea access and dining experience. We understand how the beach may not have met your expectations. We fully recognize our responsibility in maintaining the cleanliness of the beach shoreline. Our dedicated recreation team and lifeguards are actively carrying out daily cleaning tasks to ensure a pristine environment. In addition, we have sought support from the Environment Agency to address the increased algal bloom in the area for the swift actions and to ensure the well-being of our valued guests. In addition, we regret that the buffet dinner didn’t cater to all of our guests' preferences. Your feedback about the changes in the offerings after Ramadan is especially valuable, and we’ll be sure to pass it along to our culinary team so that we can improve the variety and quality of our meals year-round.
