I loved how the retreat has become a lovely ecosystem surviving so many different species of animals who are extremely human friendly. They just coexist with you. You wake up to having them right outside your window which is is beautiful. The staffs have been very warm and helpful. Always asking questions to make sure you feel comfortable. My pawbaby had an amazing time and just so welcomed in the entire space.

I only feel the restaurant menu for lunch and dinner and the variety of offerings can be looked at.

Great place overall. It's really nice to get out of Dubai and stay somewhere where you can interact with animals. The stuff was helpful, breakfast was tasty, I'm probably going to visit again.

The tap in the bathroom is a bit of a pain. While I understand that they are trying to minimize the water use, they could let that automatic tap run a little longer.

Very peaceful property. Away from the city and quiet escape from the busy life! No Wi-Fi here so you have the opportunity to cut off from routine. Good quality Indian food available with limited multi-cuisine options. Clean and nice rooms and service. Multi sport courts available along with a small common pool. Helps you connect with nature and animals that are sheltered inside the resort, they freely roam around the entire property at all times. A special shout-out to Mohammad Shakir, our buggy driver who was polite and friendly and took us around the property and talked about its history. They did a complimentary service at short notice which was very sweet. Had a great stay!

The staff were absolutely amazing, and we truly had a wonderful night. As someone who works in hospitality, I usually don’t write reviews—but as a guest paying $1,000 per night, I expected certain standards to be met. Unfortunately, the pool hadn’t been cleaned or prepared before our check-in, and the bathtub wasn’t working, with the team mentioning it was under maintenance. It’s just the little details like these that need some attention!

The place is very relaxing, We enjoyed the animals and the staff were all friendly but were very disappointed with the cleanliness and also all the activities that my daughter was excited about were not available! Boats were not working Spa is not working Pool was not clean

Great, very peaceful place. Rooms with privacy, there is everything what you need. We had a room with private pool. Animals walking around. Breakfast is normal, alacart.

It was amazing for kids as there were many animals

There were an issue in the next day from booking itself, where we booked 2 days but they told us the payment didn’t complete and there no available room for us. We spent 2 hours back and forth with them. We leave at the end without staying.

The place itself is clean but the room cleaning was not good but everything else was beautiful comfortable and enjoyable I loved it and I will definitely come back again the atmosphere was relaxing calm and wonderful a perfect place to enjoy nature the most helpful and kind employee made me love the place the driver Shaker I truly thank him from my heart

We liked the Serenity and the calmness, we needed to spend " do nothing" time, the rescued animals and the place is good

I wish if the place had more activities to do especially as couples, also it would be nice to add a mirror in the rooms and a working fridge. also, we did not know that we can do barbecue there, it would be nice if we were informed. the badminton and tennis activities, you need to pay AED 30 per hour.
