Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Slightly dated decor but the breakfast is extensive. The swimming pool area always had space. The dinner options felt like a home cooked meal which I liked. Lots of variety at breakfast. Particular mention to Tahmina and Hady (I think these were their names) who were especially courteous to my family. There are gym and Spa facilities too. We used the gym a few times. Small decent gym. Well located too.

United KingdomThere is this concierge called Daniel. He ensures everything is seamless and sorts things out. Fantastic guy. There is also a cleaner called Ramji who kept asking if we needed anything. He makes sure there is nothing unattended with our room, drinking water, etc. Very friendly staff. We loved our stay at the hotel.

I like that staff are ready to help as my daughter left her phone in the taxi that we took in front Atana then when we called the hotel the cctv team managed to track the taxi driver though his taxi company and he brought back my daughter is phone that she left in the taxi. Thanks to Vicky as he was the one who was communicating with to ensure me that we will have the phone back.

India1) Major security lapse - An unknown stranger burst into our room around midnight when we were sleeping. After a horrific exchange of looks and verbal confusion we determined that the stranger was a guest who had received keys for the wrong room. We complained to the hotel management the next morning and they took promt action against the employee who had made the mistake and made profuse apologies for the incident. Since I've stayed in Atana before twice I knew this was a freak incident and the hotel is otherwise very secure. But I do recommend that they make changes to their internal control where keys to a room aren't issued without proper verification of ID and check in information. Moreover movement into one's room for the first time should always be accompanied by hotel staff. 2) Breakfast buffet has deteriorated over the years. I remember fondly how good it was in 2019. In 2022 the items were more standardized and not changing as much on a daily basis. But this year the items seemed even more fixed and we got bored towards the end of the stay. The baked beans and chapati every day was very boring.
This was my third stay at Atana. Having stayed before for a week each in 2019 and 2022. The hotel is one of the most value for money i have seen anywhere in the world not just dubai. The rooms are large, clean and very well made. Beds are super comfortable and the hotel is usually very professionally managed. It's one of my all time favorites and will surely visit again.

TurkeyActually, it’s about food. We are stay there for seven days and that was duplicate every day we feel like that We took half board breakfast and dinner and most of the food was same . I think you can do better than this. This was the only thing we didn’t like.
The property was nice with amazing staff especially room service was a gentleman with amazing hospitality, and always smiley face named was Mr.Ramji He made our one week staying in this property more sweet thank you very much. Definitely, we will come back again
