Lobby was great

Rooms are not well noise protected, I stay at 18 floor but I hear clear the buses and truck noise in my room like it was next to me

I really liked the kindness of the staff who were available to help you at any time. Also a very nice and kind is Hany, who is always at your service and pay attention to all needs.

The property has become little outdated. I think needs improvements. Also the food in the restaurant is almost the same everyday.. good but.. maybe a little diversity..

Had to ask for my Suite to be cleaned first 2 days, also needed to leave the hotel and cross the road to another hotel if you wanted to have a drink.

Our stay at the Atana Hotel was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were in an atmosphere of warmth and professionalism that set the tone for our entire visit. The stunning lobby captured ouer attention. The hotel’s 4 high-speed elevators ensured no waiting time, there is a secure underground parking.Dining: each meal was a culinary delight, with an impressive spread of vegetarian, fish, chicken, beef options and fresh salads, pastries, and a wide selection of beverages. The 3 best chef of Dubai, Ashutosh, Amjad, and Abdul Aziz consistently delivered exquisite dishes. The pool area, complete with a large swimming pool, a children’s pool, and enough sunbeds, was impeccably maintained. The presence of lifeguards and pool staff ensured a safe and relaxing experience. The spa, sauna, and fitness center further elevated our stay, offering moments of pure relaxation.Ouer room was not only spacious and modern but also thoughtfully equipped with a balcony (child-safe yet accessible to adults), a mini-refrigerator, slippers, and a generous supply of premium toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and other essentials, all regularly restocked. What truly sets Atana Hotel apart is it's staff.Their dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every interaction. They consistently checked in to ensure everything met our expectations.Their proactive approach and cheerful demeanors made us feel genuinely valued. Special thanx to: Abdullah the manager, whose presence and approachability resonated throughout the hotel. Everything is mentioned, a very good hotel!

Everything was good specially the breakfast.

Nearby Construction sound disturbance at night. I know this Construction work will end soon but sound proofing could help.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Slightly dated decor but the breakfast is extensive. The swimming pool area always had space. The dinner options felt like a home cooked meal which I liked. Lots of variety at breakfast. Particular mention to Tahmina and Hady (I think these were their names) who were especially courteous to my family. There are gym and Spa facilities too. We used the gym a few times. Small decent gym. Well located too.

Aside from the dated decor there wasn’t anything I would say that I didn’t like. There could have been more variety at dinner

Staying at Atana Hotel was a very pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and they were tidied up carefully every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always responding to our questions immediately. The location of the hotel is also very convenient – it’s easy to reach both the city center and the main attractions. Overall, we were very satisfied both in terms of comfort and service.

We would have preferred breakfast to be included in the price at least.

Great location, near train line. Very quite rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast and poor area. Staff very friendly and accommodating, would definitely stay here again.
