The staff are friendly and welcoming, the front staff were very accommodating. Mr. Arun incharge of concierge was very helpful and friendly, also he ensured that all our items' luggages were received and crossed check if we didn't keep any of our items behind or forgot them great support. Overall, the hotel is good and value for money and it has a good location walking distance to the al ain mall and the souq. Very good facilitate and breakfast was good and staff were welcoming.

United Arab EmiratesI was served by one lady can't remember her name she didn't even know I made the booking ,my husband checked Inn first but the booking was under my name she had to call my husband and inform him that he had a visitor yet in the booking its my name on it.....I felt not respected on that like am not the visitor am the one who made the booking....I understand maybe its a policy for security reason but as you can see the booking is under my name and I gave her an ID .....she should change her approach next time.
The space of the rooms were amazing the place was very clean .

United Arab EmiratesWe were there to celebrate my sons birthday and requested a cake to get ready by Saturday the 5th by 12.00 noon before we leave, it was disappointing that they sent a piece of cake instead of a whole cake, we clearly told we would pay. I'm not happy at all.
The food was amazing, the variety, quality etc..., other facilities such as pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, also staff was really friendly and helpful. Good job, indeed.
