    Privacy and safety is not guaranteed! Expect the hotel staff to bump in to your room using their master key .. excuse? For the delivery of a glass that you never asked for!

    I got the service I paid for.

    Smell smoke in non-smoking room. :( sad that the guest who stays doesn't respect the place. The lunch buffet was advertised as 79 dirhams but I was charge 220 for 2 person. If they can kindly explain why.
