Recensione verificataPosizione eccellente, accanto alla Ethiad Tower e di fronte all’Emirates Palace. Camera pulita, molto ampia al 25 piano e hanno fornito anche un letto extra. Colazione buona e con ampia scelta. Piscina esterna con acqua raffreddata: eccezionale!
Per essere un 5 stelle, alcuni aspetti non ci hanno convinto. Siamo arrivati verso le 12 e prima delle 15 la camera, giustamente, non era disponibile. Abbiamo lasciato i bagagli che avremmo dovuto trovare in camera al rientro dal nostro giro. Quando verso le 18 siamo tornati e ci hanno consegnato la camera, i bagagli non c’erano e, solo dopo nostra richiesta, ci sono stati consegnati dopo un’ora abbondante. Il giorno dopo abbiamo lasciato la camera la mattina tardi e siamo tornati verso le 20: la camera non era stata ancora riordinata… abbiamo dovuto chiamare e solo dopo cena è stata sistemata. Non c’era il phon per asciugare i capelli. Situazioni non gravi, ma che non ti aspetti da un 5 stelle.

Recensione verificataLa struttura è perfetta,molto pulita ed ordinata. Tutto lo staff è molto gentile ,attento agli ospiti e pro attivo nelle richieste che abbiamo effettuato. Il cibo ,sia al buffet sia al ristorante era molto buono e molto curato.
Forse pochi lettini disponibili in base al numero di ospiti presenti in struttura

Recensione verificataColazione a buffet, per tutti i gusti. 2 Ristoranti: uno a buffet per pranzo e/o cena e un altro ristorante a la carte, con cucina internazionale molto buona. Piscina per i più piccoli e per i grandi, mare e spiaggia pulita, lettini, e bar letteralmente a due passi. Posizione della struttura ottima per alcune attrazioni turistiche nei paraggi, e anche come base per muoversi in tutta la città, da una parte all'altra in meno di 25-30min. Assolutamente consigliato!

Cucina ottima nel complesso ma un po' troppo orientata ai gusti medio orientali (sia come scelte che abbondanza di spezie). Lettini della spiaggia da rinnovare, bella la camera ma iniziano ad esserci elementi un po' vecchiotti
