Breakfast 😋 and great customer service all staff and about three stood out the most one lady from reception Alysa I think a guy that was with him during my check in and a lady who helped us during breakfast. I almost forgot one house keeping lady, safe to say all staff are incredible!

Charles at reception made us feel comfortable from the beginning. The hotel has everything! Mall, Beach, restaurants and a wonderful staff.

Amazing staff! Very beautiful classical atmosphere and theme. I really enjoy the classic design of the place! And the fact that Abu Dhabi mall is connected to it is amazing! I could easily go from the lobby to the mall!

Some of the furniture appeared yellowed and had permanent stains, which may require maintenance or deep cleaning. There was a small amount of dust noticed in certain areas that could use more attention. The electric kettle was stored in the lower cabinet drawer, which I discovered only later. It might be more convenient if it were placed in a more visible or accessible location.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. In particular, the local gentleman at the reception was kind and took the time to inform me about the available offers and directions within the hotel.

NONE SO FAR; I JUST HAD LIMITED TIME TO ENJOY THE FACILITIES SINCE FROM 12PM TO 10PM WE ARE TIED UP WITH THE EVENT SO WE JUST ROAM AROUND THE HOTEL LATE EVENING & APPRECIATED IT'S BEAUTY. THE POOL WAS INVITING BUT IT'S CLOSED ALREADY.

We were put in the overflow room for the breakfast buffet. There could have been a bit more options at breakfast.

The staff were very prompt and helpful at check-in and check-out. The pool is beautiful! As well as the jacuzzi.

I know this property quite a long time and I’m so glad to see it still keeping standards of 5 stars. Clean, welcoming, best restaurants and flexibility with all guests requests.

Around 5-6 pm, the beach had soapy bubbles and floaters that I couldn't figure out where they came from. The beach facility was superb, and lifeguards are present all the time.

The room was great value for money. The staff were very friendly, always smiling.

In the bathroom sink was a little stain of blood and some USB sockets weren’t working. Else we were entirely happy. Thanks for the friendly service!

Nice beach and directly connected with the Hotel pool which also fulfils all wishes. Good infrastructure of the Hotel, not the most modern rooms but functional and everything is available that is needed. Very good breakfast! Outstanding! We arrived to early and we’re able to get our rooms earlier than planned which we very much appreciated after a 14 hour flight. From a location and overall service point of view, we can recommend this hotel.
