Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United Arab EmiratesI believe it was a budget hotel, however the I’m not satisfied with it. The toilet in the GF was really untidy. We booked for family of 5 and yet we do not have towels in the room and when we requested for 4 excl the child, we only got 2. 2 small bottle of water again for family room, no coffee? These may be small items but they matters. One thing I liked is we were given the chance to check-in early which is a plus.

PhilippinesThe building is probably more than 10 years old and so are the furniture (used to be Capital Hotel). There were some small cockroaches in the old furniture in the bathroom as well as the sofa - we noticed it the moment we started eating our chips and biscuits. The bathroom fixtures are functional but needs to be changed. The bed was not flat and it is bouncy.
The room is huge for the three of us, there is a queen size bed in the room and a twin size bed in the living room area. The AC is very cold, we had to adjust it in the middle of the night. There is a TV but showing mostly arabic programs only. The receptionist was very polite and accomodating. The location is 10/10 because it's right across RAK Mall and 3 minutes drive away from where we were supposed to stay. Parking was not a problem.

Some rooms did not have keys or keyless entry the staff had to come up to allow us in this caused delays in check in. Fire alarm went off at least twice at night without a proper announcement that there was no emergency which caused anxiety.

GermanyAC wasn’t working, despite the jet like sound, there was no cooling. Bed mattress was damaged and sagging in middle. Shower was very slow with clogged drain. No tea or coffee. Water bottles only two for 4 people. There was loud sound of music throughout the night due the number of bars in the hotel.
