Love the exclusivity feeling. Because it’s not much property it actually is a quiet escape. Because there’s not much property it allows both the staff and the guests to actually have a good rapor. Food is very unexpectedly exceptional. Every staff were so accomodating and always smiling despite the heat. Neha is such a wonderful concierge. She’s always giving a good conversation. Oliver from the restaurant on the other hand is another exceptional person. Treating every guests with respect and has a very good customer service trait in him.

Lovely stay in an eco property in the most beautiful Mangroves. The staff is so hospitable and go out of their way. Neha at reception was very pleasant and helping. Andy and James in the restaurant were amazing in the service and attending to my family. We were made to feel at home. James makes some amazing coffee. We shall come back again

The place is in such a peaceful spot. I loved the comfort and the cleanliness of the bed and studio we had stayed in. Staff is brilliant, super nice and friendly. Food in the restaurant is great, they offer so much options on their menu and food is pretty much great. I liked the most that staff actually reminded us to have a dinner and all the meals we paid for. That was so thoughtful. Everything we asked for came to our room within minutes.

The lock on the main balcony door didn’t work, but I have to commend the team who came out late at night and fixed it for us on the spot.

The two bedroom villa was the perfect accommodation for a family of our size - we often struggle to make the accommodation work but this was great and they kindly set up another bed for us. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.

We returned to our room after our yoga event and surprisingly it was no water, we waited around 2-3 hours, unfortunately we could not get the full experience using the bath tube outside (also not inside), we did not receive any compensation for it. The service in the restaurant needs improvement, there were not so many guest and enough waiters and even though we received our orders late and some drinks were forgotten.

The respect to the nature, the quietness, the beautiful way how it is decorated combined with the nature environment, it was clean, confortable and peaceful. The receptionist was very polite and supportive as well as the housekeepers. The entire place is really magic and quiet, worth to visit again.

They didn't had service even to deliver water in room post mid night and they didn't even told this before and location of property is isolated you can't go outside and buy a water bottle, you need to drive out a min of 15 min That is was the only disappointed we had

We had an amazing stay at Casa Mikoko — truly a hidden gem in the UAE. The room was outstanding, fully equipped with everything we needed, and the private pool overlooking the mangroves made it even more special. The area offers great privacy, allowing us to relax outdoors without any worries. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast either in our room or by the pool at no extra cost — simply order and they deliver! A special thanks to the wonderful staff: Neha, Abhishek, Alaa, and Abby at the front desk, who were incredibly helpful before and during our stay, and Nimasha, Raju, Vishwanath, and Linshew from housekeeping, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature.
