hotel overall stay was very good except food, if the food was good my stay would be very good, I hope they can improve the food variety. Very close to both a Metro Station and a bus station making transportation easy. Also, near Ibn Mall, which is great for shopping and other activities. staffs were very helpful.

The staff is very friendly, especially the housekeeping, laundry is perfect and special thanks to Front Office for assistant. The rooms are very clean and I like that I can open the window to have fresh air. For me is important if you stay in the same place for many days.

The entire staff were welcoming, from customer service front desk was very helpful, to housekeeping staff, the manager was helpful. Just to mention a few, everyone staff I came into contact with was hospitable, they attend to your needs very prompt. The fragrance throughout the hotel was refreshing. The Gym area were very convenient and well maintained. Everything was exceptionally clean. Staff at the hotel were very helpful especially at the pool. The location is prime. Metro, Bus, Taxi stations and the massive Garden metro within close proximity. JLT & Marina is just 10 mints drive away. definitely would recommend this hotel in Dubai gateway.
