The lack of private parking in junction with incapability of paying public parking with credit cards. Downtown is very crowded in traffic and parking could be annoying especially in hot season.

Breakfast is very poor, was hindi kitchen oriented, preparation of benedict eggs tooks 30 min and at the end they bring a sunnyside up eggs masqued by hollandese sauce. Need more desserts. The air in the room was humid and it was very uncomfortable. Conditioner couldn't help us to fix it.

Room was very spacious and well equipped. Housekeeping was on very high level. Reception staff also was well studied.

Hotel don't have its own parking, have to pay for the parking, above that there are no free parking lots. have to roam a lot for the same.

Overall experience was good. location is downtown, easy to move all around by walk.

I was disappointed to find that there was no bidet available in the bathroom. I had to request one which was quite inconvenient. It would have been better if the bidet was already provided in the bathroom.

The hotel location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. Perfect for exploring the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful making sure all our needs are met.

The room style is quite old fashion which I don't really like. It's a little bit dark in my opinion even when I turned on all the lights. The aircon is very hard to adjust, even for some of the staff. The AC in my room has to be physically fixed during my stay since it was overly cold. The lift is not very easy to use since you need to insert the room cards each time you're in it. The hotel rate is quite high for the value it offers compared with what I paid in Dubai, but I think this is the common matter for hotels in Abu Dahbi. In Dubai you get far better rooms for the same money.

The hotel is centrally located, which is a bonus since you can get to supermarkets, small restaurants, malls and bus stops... within 5 min walk. There is a bar in a hotel so customers can order alcoholic drinks to the room, which saved you a lot of time finding where to buy a beer, which is not an easy task in UAE. Plus the beer in this hotel is not expensive. The nearby Abu Dahbi Mall is very large and provide everything you need from food to clothing...Room service is great since there are always someone around to answer your query. There are sufficient chairs and table inside the room in case you need proper sitting to do something.
