did not like the bathroom. It needs repair. I hope that attention will be paid to the private swimming pool area inside the room because it also needs cleaning, as well as the area surrounding the pool.

Everything was great. Could have used just a little more work on the mordernization of the road leading up to the venue. But perhaps such a place is special because it's off the main roads

We liked the stay, very little to complain over. I would only suggest maybe including sunbeds or table and chairs in the pool villa space for eating as there is a bbq but no table to put food etc on or to sunbathe. Also to ensure your staff are all saying the same thing, we were told horse riding was free then told a fee. We were told the show to watch was free (if not eating) then told we had to pay after we had been.

More of advice to owners: UV lamp in the room was lightning up the room at night, and even reflected from corridor mirror right to the bed (so you have in fact "two" lights you see when you're in bed trying to sleep. Would be great to reallocate it into some less visible point. AC is producing cracking noises from time to time, waking you up at night, so may be some repair would be nice.

All good, if you keep in mind that you're in the middle of desert, not in 5* hotel in downtown) We didn't find any problem with bugs (saw couple of tiny ants, but you're in the desert!) and no issue with mosquitos or flies. Swimming pool is quite comforting and the area is private enough. Bathroom is well renovated, modern and nice. For 1-2 night stands to feel yourself away from buzzing city the place is a nice option. Hosts are also nice, friendly and helpful!

I thought we were going for a real hotel resort. But it was not really a hotel resort. Not many people were around. At night it was very quiet. Luckily there was a safari camp nearby which provide some entertainment.

Location is wonderful. In the middle of desert. The room was OK. On the way there we get to see camela on the road.

Just that the food options were limited.

The location is amazing in the mid of the desert. It was quiet. Desert Shows and Safaris can be easily arranged and organised from the resort reception. The Jacuzzi located in the suite's massive patio overlooking the lone desert was the most unique and amazing experience. We took the best decision to upgrade our room to this Suite. One can carry his own food and drinks to enjoy or use the in room dine in, but with limited options. Evening dinner can be covered under the desert shows. The staff were really friendly.

Being in the middle of the desert, there are a lot of bugs so come prepared.

Beautiful, spacious, private room which had all the comforts for a great stay. We brought our dog and had a lovely time. Big lawns, private pool and dunes to enjoy but what made it better, was the wonderful staff. No ask was too big and they really ensured we had everything we needed. From wifi troubles to food, they really go the extra mile. Thank you for the hospitality and we will be back for more holidays with our dog.

Nice and peaceful location close to the Ritz Carlton, perched on a hilltop overlooking the beautiful desert. Room had a beautiful sunrise view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was delicious. A good blend between a camping & low key resort !! Totally value for money. would recommend for a quick getaway !

I have visited twice this place with 2 years apart. First time it was very good, decent and clean. Second time was recently in Apr2025- the facility has no improvement it was same. Which was ok but there is no proper maintenance. I booked 1 bedroom villa with private pool, But on arrival, i was given a choice of selecting two bedroom villa as a courtesy from the team as i am second time customer with family. And chose the two bedroom villa 3 Outdoor Chairs in villa 3 were broken cannot be used, very dirty,. The room was full of flies and mosquitos, although the Manager and staff supported and helped but those methods didn’t work. The whole night we spent with mosquito bites. Small fridge is rusted inside , cannot be used. Cleanliness is a big question., broken inside door, broken mosquito net in the balcony door. The food was good, desert safari ride was very good The facility is in good location and manager arranged private safari ride which was very good. Over all, they place has to improve the cleanliness and otherwise they should reduce the price otherwise it is not worth spending money. There are better place than this nearby
