The Staff was great, the apartment itself was clean and tidy, but the building was not a place i would recommend if u r with family. And the apartment had cockroaches. Pest control might be required. But overall a good experience with the host

The room looked exactly like in the pictures, the owner was extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. He answered my messages immediately, check-in was also very smooth, the lady who let us in was very nice. The location was okay aswell.

The smell in the room was quite bad, the room was also filled with cockroaches.

you might use the stairs as the elevator most of the time is occupied but it's only 2 floors so it's okay as well.

Needed a good and affordable place to stay during a one night layover in Abu Dhabi and this was perfect for that, just make sure you understand what type of place this is: This is not a traditional hotel, it's an apartment in a large building and they've converted a few rooms to rent out. I gave my estimated arrival time and they were waiting for me downstairs when I arrived and they took me up to the apartment. It's all very new and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Wi-Fi and TV with Netflix worked well. Good Air Conditioning. There's free water in the room. There's a shared kitchen with washing machine available and shared bathroom. Perfect location , right in the center, 5 - 10 minute walk from A1 airport bus with plenty of restaurants very close. Smooth and friendly check-in/check-out process! Would stay again.

The public hallway and staircase to get to the apartment are quite dirty and smelly, but as soon as you enter the actual place, it's very clean and that's forgotten. Toilet and shower in one small room, as is common in much of Asia, but this means everything's wet all the time which I don't mind in a private bathroom, but is less ideal in a shared environment.

Very small and uncomfortable bathroom. The entire toilet bowl is wet when using the shower next to it. The smell in the room is not pleasant. The mattress is very hard. We chose a cheaper apartment because it was only for one night, but we decided it wasn't worth saving :) For this price you can really find better conditions :)

It’s a 2 star at face value, but given the price, it’s a 5 star. It’s almost exactly as advertised. Room is large with a high ceiling and the air conditioning works really well. Same for the fridge and the wifi. There is no tv. There is a lot of hussle and bussle outside, but from inside it is quiet. Yazan is helpful and welcoming.

The shared toilet/shower is dilapidated, it has no sink/shower compartment.
