    Personal hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, Wlan, Sauberkeit, Kinderanimation, Wassersportverleih, Kinderkino draußen, Essen war gut und ausreichend, lockere Familienathmoshäre, kleiner Wasserpark, Rutschen für Kinder

    zu kleine Betten für 4 Personen sehr viel Unruhe und laute Atmosphäre auf Grund der Personenanzahl der Gäste, (sehr große Anlage),um 6 Uhr morgens wurde man vom Rasenmäher geweckt, (bei der Hitze auch irgendwie verständlich)

    Sehr schöne Anlage und geräumige Zimmer, absolut sauber, gutes Wifi, große Pools, gutes Essen und Markengetränke im All Inclusive-Paket dabei, sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen

    Große Baustelle neben dem Hotel, Strand ist bei Vollauslastung ziemlich bevölkert und sehr laut

    Das Essen allgemein war gut, aber mit etwas mehr Angebot an Obst und Käse wäre nicht schlecht.

    Die liegen am Strand nicht waren immer mit Handtücher belegt, aber blieben die ganze Zeit leer und unbesetzt. Da könnten die Mitarbeiter mehr Kreativität zeigen.

    Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit

    Es wird Alkohol serviert und es gibt gar keine Möglichkeit für Frauen Pool/Strand, das Hotel ist nichts für muslimische Familien die Schwimmen wollen

    19.11.24 Keine Duschhauben im Zimmer, 20.11.24 Wasser läuft nicht ab-dauert lange bis Warmwasser kommt. Wasser bleibt kalt-gemeldet-Nach shooping tour zurück gekommen-Tür lässt sich nicht öffnen, zur Rezeption gegangen-Drehtür im haupthaus bleibt stehen-seit 20.22.24 kein ZDF mehr im Fernseher.-19.11.-22.11.24 Rauchmelder piepsen andauernt-keine abhilfe--irgend wann ist man froh das diese 5 Tage vorbei sind

    All inclusive Getränke erst ab 12:00 Uhr und alla Carte Restaurants war nicht bei all inclusive dabei.

    zu wenige bzw. keine Umkleidekabinen/Toiletten Srand, keine Versorgung am Strand, Personal an den Bars unfreundlich, Getränke selbst im Haus nur im dünnen Plastik Becher, Gläser nur nach Aufforderung und einfach (für 5 Sterne niveaulos) keine Bedienung, kein Abräumen, Al nicht in allen Restaurants möglich und kompliziert, Krach im Hauptrestaurant wie in einer Bahnhofshalle, keinerlei schallschluckende Elemente, zwar 16+ Bereich, aber zu dicht am Krach, in der Lobby Bar zu wenig Plätze, keine kulinarischen Themen Abende...

    Der Frühstückssaal ist sehr gross und hat eine hohe Kapazität. Da es sich um ein Familienhotel handelt, bietet das Hotel selbst zum Frühstück "Adults-Only-Corner" an. Hier können kinderlose Personen noch besser frühstücken.

    Das Wetter war nicht so gut. Das Hotel bietet aber gute Alternativen. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, wohl aber einfach eine Tatsache in einem Familienhotel ist, ist das Kindergeschrei. Aber eigentlich ein kleines übel.

    Alles ist Perfekt. Das beste Hotel für Familien mit Kindern. Schöne Anlage mit Wasserspiele und Rutschen für Kinder, Kinderpool, verschiedene Wassersport Aktivitäten, Outdoor Gym, schöner sauberer Strand , leckeres vielfältiges Essen. Jeden Tag verschiedene Abwechslung , gab sogar Kartoffelsalat im Buffet. Super Spa mit Jacuzzi, 2 Saunas und Dampfbad. Zimmer ist geräumig mit großen Betten und Schlafsofa. Bad is riesig mit Badewanne und Dusche. Große Balkon.

    - großartige Anlage mit großen Pools und riesigem Spielplatz - reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot - toller Service vom Check-in bis Check out Geheimtipp: Al-Sawan Kamelrennbahn jeden Freitag ab 7 Uhr (ca. 1,5h) abseits der üblichen Touristenattraktionen. Man muss sich selbst einen Taxifahrer vom Hotel aus organisieren. Ich musste ihn navigieren, weil er den Ort nicht kannte.

    - extrem überteuerte Zusatzangebote - man kann nicht weit heraus schwimmen, da der Bereich begrenzt ist - in der Sauna gibt es keinen Kaltpool
