We would like to clarify a few points regarding your stay. Upon arrival, our front office colleague informed you of the available upgrade options, including the additional charge per day for the sea view room. You kindly accepted the upgrade, and in line with our standard procedure, a deposit was collected to cover anticipated expenses during your stay. Regarding your concern about pool spending, please note that all food and beverage charges made at the pool were billed to your room only after being reviewed and signed by you. Each signed bill was subsequently posted to your room account, and a detailed summary was presented at checkout. Since no discrepancies were raised at the time, the charges were processed accordingly. We sincerely apologize if there was any misunderstanding.
