Air conditioning was unable to set so we had to do manual since on position it kept 17 Celsius which is too high as fridge but too low to stay inside. We had to use a keyless application in order to enter apartman but this should be mentioned in advance so people can be prepared ahead trip. Another negativ was we ordered cab from airport to apartam via booking but address was 2 km away. Fortunately driver gave us no charge to take us to actual location. Please update and coordinate database.

1) The process of checking into the property for us was a nightmare. We provided all the documents online with passport details etc and signed the rent agreement on an online portal shared with us by the host via Whatsapp. This was a 20 minute process for us as we were a group of four. After all of this was done, we were left very confused without any mention of where and how to collect the keys and enter the building. Calls to the phone number shared on booking.com were not answered. All communication was via Whatsapp. We had to ask random strangers and then one of them took us to the building main entrance. We were running around like fools with 2 old parents with us. We somehow met the Durrani representative and he took us inside the building. Once inside the building (Not the apartment yet), we were asked for our IDs again, because the online update of the documents is not aligned with the property/building owners. Once all the check in formalities were done, we got to move into the apartment finally. I attribute this to a very subpar management and lack of understanding of guests experience overall. 2) There was no coffee cups/ coffee/tea bags or anything at all. In today's time, almost every hotel, apartment, airbnb leaves coffee and tea for use as a basic courtesy.

1) The location of the property is superb, we really enjoyed the balcony and the views of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai sky line a lot. It is a front row seat for the fountain show. No doubt about it. You can just get down the building and explore the area around Burj, walk into Spinney's (local popular supermarket), there's a pharmacy right next to it and a very nice coffee shop called Black Sheep Coffee which was open at 7am in the morning. 2) The apartment is very decently sized with 2 spacious bedrooms, a living room and a balcony. Perfect for a family or 2 couples or a couple with kids to have their own privacy as well as sit together.

Full view from both the bedrooms and living room of the Burj Khalifa is superb and could see the fountains. Was entertaining to sit on the balcony and watch the fountains and the Burj Khalifa

The location is amazing, but there are issues: 1) a 1000 AED security deposit that can only be done in CASH. 2) Comes with only one set of towels, despite being a multi-night booking. 3) No kitchen sponge or garbage bags, which is odd. Basically, it felt like they wanted to charge for what would normally be included.. so a nice stay that in some sense left a bad taste in one's mouth.

Like many apartment accomodations in Dubai, there is no luggage room to store your belongings if you arrive early- this was a massive struggle for us as we arrived in Dubai at 8 am. There are very basic shampoo and shower gel offered- no toothbrushes, slippers, nor tea of coffee, not even cooking oil. The apartment was overall good and comfortable but it could use a bit more maintenance.

The view is unbeatable! We had a direct view of the Burj Khalifa and fountains from the living room and Master bedroom. The property was the perfect size for 4 people and we like how there were 2 bathrooms and a spacious balcony overlooking the Burj.

Great location overlooking Dubai Mall. I had to wait 40 mins for check in even though I said I would be there on time and was on my way. My contact said he’d be there when I arrived but then didn’t answer his phone. Turns out there are not enough staff to do checkins on time. Eventually a different person come to check me in named Adil. He was very good and it wasn’t his fault that his colleague didn’t answer his phone or told me he was coming when he wasn’t. Ultimately this is a management issue by not having enough staff.

The flat needs renovation. Some change of tiles and furniture. Electric curtains did not work in both rooms, someone was supposed to fix them but did not show up. Kitchen is great and you have plenty of appliances, but some olive, oil, balsamico, couple of tea bags would be great addition and leaves good impression.

The location of this apartment is bang on , right in front of the Burj khalifa with mind blowing view especially during night . Its even better then shown in the picture . me and my family had a great time at this property . there’s a spinneys mart right outside the apartment which will sort out all your needs.Will highly recommend this place and will visit again. Thanks to Mr Adil our guest relation officer who took good care of us and helped us out .
