Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

I was there at 2 o'clock and I told him that I needed to rest and he said that check-in is at 3 o'clock and he would try but I sat for more than 40 minutes.. After that he gave me a room with two beds and I was only one so it was narrow and I did not take advantage of the space

Great hotel with wonderful staff, who take care of their guests and proactively listen to feedback. Breakfast options are great, chef working there is the best. They also offer alternative milk for coffee and coffee quality is beyond regular. We took the upgrade room option and the room size is perfect for a long trip. Food at the restaurant and room service is also great, which is usually not very common.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and stocked with fresh towels daily. Breakfast was included, and we received coupons for a daily reception with complimentary drinks and snacks. The location is perfect, especially if you want to be close to downtown. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. While I didn’t catch everyone’s name, I’d like to give a special shoutout to Babas, Kim (who was amazing!), Winnie, and Janet. From the front door to the restaurants to housekeeping, everyone was fantastic. We were truly happy with the service we received.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, each and every staff member, from the entrance to the reception, food service, and beyond was incredibly welcoming and professional. Our room was on the 30th floor and offered a stunning view, including a clear sight of the Burj Khalifa, which made our stay even more special. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the service was truly 5-star. We absolutely loved our experience and would love to come back again!
