Air conditions system . It didn’t work properly , we had 3 rooms and there was a problem in all of them . Also some of the staff don’t seem to know to manage the problems .

The price and quality were excellent. The room was cleaned regularly. In addition, I forgot my eye drops and vitamins in a bag. The hotel team found and preserved the bag. I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel team for their attention to their guests.

Reception staff is not good.. I was there at 2 o'clock and I told him that I needed to rest and he said that check-in is at 3 o'clock and he would try but I sat for more than 40 minutes.. After that he gave me a room with two beds and I was only one so it was narrow and I did not take advantage of the space

Our experience was outstanding — the hospitality of everyone was truly exemplary. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with great attention to ergonomics and comfort. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious choices. The location is also a big plus, providing easy access to the city center. Without a doubt, the next time we visit Dubai, we’ll be booking here again!

Room cleaning at the balcony could have been better.

Great hotel with wonderful staff, who take care of their guests and proactively listen to feedback. Breakfast options are great, chef working there is the best. They also offer alternative milk for coffee and coffee quality is beyond regular. We took the upgrade room option and the room size is perfect for a long trip. Food at the restaurant and room service is also great, which is usually not very common.

The staff is taking cafe of all the guests so much as well as receptions named romesh.He was very kind to us.The food court there is a lady from etihopia she was very diligent.we stayed at many hotels in dubai till now,I can tell you that thats the best price match and money value hotel.we re really satisfied with them when we will come back definitely we will stay here again.also 5.00-6.00pm tea time has very tasty appetizers.Before we came here I just read some comments and decided to come here but now I see that thats real comments.All the staff they are very kind,well trained,qualified people.They were so nice to us.Thank you for your hospitality🙏🏻

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and stocked with fresh towels daily. Breakfast was included, and we received coupons for a daily reception with complimentary drinks and snacks. The location is perfect, especially if you want to be close to downtown. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. While I didn’t catch everyone’s name, I’d like to give a special shoutout to Babas, Kim (who was amazing!), Winnie, and Janet. From the front door to the restaurants to housekeeping, everyone was fantastic. We were truly happy with the service we received.

Wanted to extend my stay but the prices were almost double what I had paid initially. That was my only downside

The spacious rooms, spacious bath tubs, the over friendly janitor and reception, the interior design, it was AMAZING 💯💯😍😍🥰🥰 breakfast was Yum 🍳🍳🥓🥚🥞😋 I really enjoyed the Masala tea ☕☕first experiment

The unfortunate construction site which is opposite the pool and sun loungers

The accommodation was clean , stylish and comfortable. The staff in every area was exceptional , friendly , polite and helpful . The complimentary evening reception offered by the hotel was a welcome treat.
