There was nothing in the hotel that I used and didn't like.

The room was spacious and very comfortable and nice touches. The breakfast was amazing in the restaurants with a great selection of everything. The staff was very helpful and courteous and nothing was to much trouble and always came with a smile. I also liked the connection to the Museum of the Future and the Metro directly from the hotel.

A very high-class luxury hotel. From the moment you stop your car at the hotel entrance, the valet staff collects the car, the reception staff are very efficient and nice. The staff everywhere is extremely professional. Excellent breakfast, as are all the other services in the hotel.

bathrooms can be modernised to be adopted with new standards. The breakfast was limitedand we expected much more variety from Jumeirah. The staff told us they have been refurbishing the main breakfast area and this the reason of the situation.

Jumeirah Emirates Tower is still one of the most authentic hotels in Dubai. High quality facilities, nice and well preserved lobby, and great rooms besides well trained staff. The location is still good for professionals and business people.
