We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Palestinian TerritoryThe room is diferent from the pictures provided. much smaller and dingy. its like a coffin, no windows or air ventilation. There is no desk and chair. Just a bed, small side table and a very small closet with no hangers. Each section has about 10 rooms that share one bathroom and kitchen. The smell from cooking is very strong in the room and the sound is audible from everywhere. The bathroom is discusting, no bath-curtain, so the boothroom is always covered in water from people showering. There is nothing in the bathroom except toiletpaper (sometimes). There is no room cleaning. There is no reception, you just meet the employee when they hand the room key.
The location is perfect. Near many small shops and walking distance from Mall of Emerates/Metro. The area is calm and has many facilities nearby. Its safe. No one entered the room in 10 days. Its really cheap compared to any other rental room in Dubai.
