The studio I stayed in didn't have enough accessible power sockets and the AC controls were on a wall to the side of the fridge freezer - which not only messed up the temperature sensor, but meant I had to move the fridge-freezer from time to time. The shower pressure is better than previous stays, and taps replaced by the looks of it. The floors get quite dirty I think from the AC so need mopping daily, and maybe the AC filters looking at? Maybe contactless phone chargers, USB/Universal power sockets in one or two locations would be nice upgrade?

Free breakfast was excellent, location is superb with everything to hand, ATM in lobby, underground parking is great. Each room has a kitchenette with Microwave, Hob, sink and new washing machine. Basically everything you could need for a short or even longer stay. Staff are excellent, very attentive and helpful. The Wifi is 5G and super fast, and free. A wonderful stay. Thanks

The room has a kitchenette with microwave, dishes and cutlery, as well as a washing machine, making it possible to stay a week comfortably. I appreciated the shuttle to various malls, giving me a welcome break from driving.

There was a guest who misbehaved in the fitness Center , however the staff assured me that the guests was spoken to and it would not repeat it again. I felt it should have been more stringent given the nature of the guest.

Stained dining chair seating and tired equipment - tv took 20+ mins to “warm up” then it would unexpectedly jump to life when you’d forgotten about it! No tumble dryer meant that we were left drying clothes in the centre of the small studio on clothes rack. They took days to dry because there isn’t enough circulation of air. The extendable clothes line in the bathroom doesn’t serve a great purpose, again due to lack of circulating air clothes don’t dry for days. We stayed for 2 months as jt was good value for money while we were acquainting ourselves with Dubai

The cleaner must have forgotten to take out the garbage and empty the trash bin under the kitchen sink. We just realized it at night time when we are tidying up our table. We didn’t make it a big deal. Also, the light switch of our bedroom is not working properly—we cannot turn off the light properly even if you switch it up or down. We also didn’t mind that since we found a way to keep the switch balancing in the middle so it won’t go switched fully up or fully down, using a tape.

Accesible. Basically clean. Staffs are very friendly and accomodating. They are the hotels great assets! I liked that the breakfast choices are basic, simple and not elaborated that one can have a hard time choosing what to eat.
