Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe thumping noise from the hotel night club which lasted until 3 am. The hotel is under the flight path so there was constant noise from the overhead planes coming into land. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only saving grace was the excellent food in the house Indian restaurant.

First he want to scum us he think our first time using booking.com cause he say “most of the time when you book using booking.com it doesn’t work or you will lost your money” and he try to charge us again for the room but I contact on phone another staff who’s working in reservation there and i got checked my confirmation number and she tell me its confirmed and helped me with the process she also very kind and helpful her name is “rell” other than every thing is good and additionally if you have a car it will be little bit hard cause they have only 4 parking slots and most of the time it get busy

OmanParking is about 3 km away from the hotel. There is no parking at the hotel. When you book a shade, they have parking spaces. When you get there, you'll be surprised that there is no parking. The reception manager has no way of dealing with customers. Even one of the receptionists I do not have a way of dealing with customers I did not mention his name. After I booked, I contacted them by phone and asked about parking spaces. They told me that parking spaces were available. When I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised when they told me. We will park your car in the parking lot. We have another hotel about 3 km away. We will park your car at another hotel. When you asked, when I booked and contacted you, you told me that parking was available at the hotel. Why did you change your words I hope Booking.com follows up on the issue with the hotel. Why do they say there are parking spaces and when we arrive we are surprised that there are no parking spaces even though Remember in the reservation there is parking
