Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. I didn’t see smile on their face and they are not patient to customer.And also Philippine receptionist was wrong the customer name that’s why she was asking xtra charges but I already paid with online and then she found it the real name list but she didn’t say sorry to me.

United KingdomThey need to sort bathroom cubicle as it open towards the main bathroom door and water is all inside the main room and people can fall down. Some times you can hear nightclub music.
Staff very good, very helpful and attended when needed. Supervisor Santhosh dealt with things very fast and efficiently. Other staff Charu, Rahim and Saji were all very good and efficient. 10 minutes walk is the metro station. Good restaurants nearby.

KenyaThey should have included breakfast in their package. A heated swimming pool would have been a good thing. In your page you had indicated that there would be a free taxi ride from airport but the hotel said there is nothing like that.
