Very good choice for whom, who wants to stay in close proximity to historical district of Dubai. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Hotel provides secured parking.

The hotel's location is ideal, right near the bus and metro stations, with a supermarket just next to the bus station for added convenience. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the staff are very friendly.

GermanyThe shower water was never hot enough and the shower-to-bath adjustment knob was very stiff and I had to get staff help to fix it (I communicated the latter on my first morning and the former during my checkout - I wish I'd communicated sooner as I imagine they would have arranged some way to fix it). Another recurring problem (that was never fixed over four-day/three-night stay) was with my door stopper that the housekeeping staff were aware of but it still hadn't been fixed. It seemed small but actually was infuriating. The door stopper was loose so anytime I would enter/exit the door stopper would fall and obstruct my passage. Only way to temporarily deal with it was to crouch down and manually lift the door stopper.
The room was clear, comfortable, and spacious. And the staff were always so welcoming and helpful and the facilities were excellent, including the entertainment at the bar/restaurant that I enjoyed at least one night during my stay. The outdoor swimming pool looked clean and welcoming, just a pity I didn't make time to use it!

Costa RicaWhen I arrived, my reservation had been cancelled despite having messages with the hotel through Booking confirming it. They gave me another room, and the man who assisted me said he was giving me a discount, but in fact, the price was the original rate of the room. I went to one of the bars to check it out and have a drink—some waiters told me I could go in, but then another person rudely told me it wasn’t open and that I had to leave. Based on the hotel’s price and the photos, I expected a higher-quality experience.
The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. For my interests, the location was perfect.
