The location is very good , walking distance to Al Rigga metro station, and a lot of supermarkets and restaurants in this area. The room was very spacious and had everything you need. I will come here again when I visit Dubai

She really took care of the customer very well and was helpful..And Mr.samuel was really supportive taking my laugae and guiding me till the room The location was also perfect, as it was close to everything I wanted to see. I would highly recommend

Staff acts randomly: there were several times, where nobody helped us with the baggage or did not pay attention to us. Housekeeping was rather disappointing, as the housekeeper could knock at the door regardless of whether the sign "Do not disturb" was hanging outside or not, we also found our belongings laying on the floor after the cleaning. In addition, the club on the rooftop was too loud, so it could be easily heard in the room all over the night.

I like the fact that it has many facilities and good options for socialising. It is close to a great shopping area. I did not like the fact that at check in they asked to keep your passport for 24 hours, which I refused. They should ask for a cash or credit card deposit if they need it to guarantee that guests do not cause damage in the rooms.

What I didn’t like about the property is that they gave me a room that was not clean to capacity it could’ve gave me something better and the manager was unaccepted rude

There is 16 degrees in the room and if you turn off the ac it is 18 maximum. We all got sick when outside was 25 and they cool it down as hell. The hairdryer didn't work in the room. The tour manager with whom they work and receptionist recommended to ask for suggestions is not correct and not giving good price at all. We were in time rush but better to book alone. We I had problem with him the receptionist said that he is not very correct ... So there is something they know and they still let this person in the hotel so it is unfair with their guests from our point of view.

Very round music from downstairs till 3am. The person at reception was extremely rude to us when we needed help with the wifi. It took over 30min for someone to come help us and when my husband went downstairs to ask for help again the person at reception was extremely rude.

Were baby cockroaches 🪳 in the room. The bathroom had a broken ceiling and we thought they were hiding there, but on the second day we saw them in the room.

Have a good location to visit the old Dubai. We didn’t spend enough time inside the hotel. We only use for a shower and sleep a bit.
