The room was very hot and the corridor too and when i asked for changing to a different room got no reply and couldn’t have a good night sleep from the worker felt like i paid for nothing and the room service was so noisy only for we put DND and they wanted to clean if it’s on DND so we don’t want any kind of disturb it will be my last stay in this hotel

The Grand Hyatt’s staff and members were invaluable, particularly regarding shuttle services and hotel services. Their assistance helped make our stay in Abu Dhabi relaxing and fun.

Recurring plumbing issue in our bathroom resulting to slippery of one of our family members.

In general the property its good

The gave a room and its same time there is a maintenance in floor, the room it doesn’t good most of the lights not working, the carpet is very old .. I asked to change the room in other floor the responded very bad

Breakfast was superb with good array of choices

Hotel has a good location- staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make your experience a wonderful one

1. By mistake i didnt book including breakfast and when i ariived i booked but not same price and its exploitation 2. I booked 2 rooms 4 adults 2 kids and one of the adults did not fly coz of prob in hid passport and its still same price lol

The rooms were beautiful and very clean and large and elegant. The staff were very polite and friendly and professional.

The beach was so so small and basically wasnt considered a beach and it was guarded off with buoys, so the view was not pretty. Also, the lifeguards at the beach and pool were extra strict and would blow their whistles every 2 seconds everytime anyone makes a single move, making the experience uncomfortable and a bit stressful.

Clean and nice decor modern

It was not that great considering I booked a king sized bed and had to wait 3 hours just for the staff to give me a twin bed room. Other than that everything was great

Everything is exceptional! Pillows are extremely comfortable!

Beautiful pool and such a beautiful property. Very well taken care off and staff were magnificent
