Ask the hotel to let me check in early since im coming from dubai and told me they will charge extra for it, so we waited until check in time, which is 2pm and despite of waiting the 2pm check in time it was delayed until 3pm.it Was compensated but checking out till 2pm the next day but it could've been better to let guest check in earlier if its not that busy and if they won'tallow it better we follow the check in time rules, not let us wait for more than 1 hour. Price was also higher than other hotels.

The place, the valet parking, is convenient.

Family room is not in one room.. 2 different rooms.. Although it said adjacent, but could be far from each other, it's due to availablity, we were lucky that they had adjacent rooms the next day. Parking was full most of the times, but they have valet to help.

The breakfast buffet - options where limited from what I experienced to Beachfront hotel , Dubai. And the restaurant was very busy , less waiters to handle you. Even though its a buffet it was really hard to find a tissue and a clean table. But still the staff did their maximum to keep organised. I suggest a manager in the restaurant would be great to organise.

The Room was really nice for the price in this peek time.

1. Only paid parking and the dayshift incharge forgot to pay my parking. Luckily I was not fined 2. We stayed in 17th and 18th floors. Having air freshener along the hallway would be nice 3. Carpet inside the room looks due for renewal 4. We faced issues with the lift so many time. It did not read the card after couple of attempts

1) Staff are nice, accomodating and service oriented 2) The single bedroom unit is elegant, we had a nice staycation 3) Appreciiate the complimentary cake for our wedding anniversary

The only minor downside we experienced was an occasional odor from the toilet, but this was quickly addressed and resolved by the cleaning service.

Our room, a “Studio - King Bed,” had everything we needed. The kitchenette was equipped with a small pot (suitable for cooking pasta) and a pan (perfect for making an omelet). We were also provided with essential utensils like a spatula, a serving spoon, a large cutting knife, and cutlery. The room included a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and ample storage space for clothing. There was a kettle available, but no coffee machine. Additionally, the room featured a hairdryer and several complimentary toiletries. The air conditioning worked well, although we found the temperature to be fixed at 22 degrees Celsius, which was perfectly comfortable for sleeping. The fridge had enough space for groceries for two people, and while the freezer was quite small, it was still functional for basic needs. The shower was spacious and comfortable. The TV was large with great sound quality, and it was easy to cast content directly from our phone (Apple) to the screen. The hotel also features an outdoor swimming pool located on the top floor. The pool is approximately 75 meters long and about 5 to 7.5 meters wide, with a depth of 120 cm.

Except the food at the restaurant everything else was really good. It would have been good if they had their own parking space. Although there is a valet, it is difficult to find your own parking space

The variety and quality of the food, especially the breakfast was very poor. There was not much choice and quality of curries and dishes were below standard.
