Not so bad but the toilets need more supervision expecially around the bath top and the wash hand basin not functioning properly. The push not opening the drain. See the pictures for clarity please

*Location is great with many shops and restaurants around it *Waiting area before checking in is appealing *The staff on duty during our stay were homely, expecially Mr Rajan wearing a beautiful smile and guided us respectfully to our room. . *House keeping supervisor Mr Farouk was very kind to us. Help in replacing our pillows cases and interestingly the rooms and corridors smells so good. * Our room was family room, and it was comfortable . Our room was one of the most comfortable hotel rooms we have ever stayed. My teenagers comfirmed that. Kudos to the management and staff of Landmark summit hotel. I recommend it and will surely book it again.

Wifi in Lobby could be better.

The support staff of Sayeed and Rajan was superb. The cleaning crew on the 3rd Floor was excellent - including - Sufdahil (spelling may be wrong).

The room size is very reasonable with the King Size Bed. Also, the bathroom is large enough and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sayed Hafiz, Mohamed Saeed, and Rayan at the receiption. Thanks Rayhan from Housekeeping Team.

I didn't have the breakfast package, the room was clean and comfortable, staff welcoming and amazing and its only a 15 minute drive from Downtown outside of peak traffic. Parking facilities secure and accessible.

The air-conditioning in the room felt stuffy at times and humid.

The location was decent, with access to metro nearby. The facilities were clean. Didn't had the chance to check the pool or the gym facilities.

The room is very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a nice street view. It's also conveniently located near several restaurants and just a short walk from Al Rigga Metro Station. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance, making it an ideal place to stay in Dubai. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff are extremely helpful—special thanks to Mr. Ranjan Kumar for his prompt and excellent service, and to Mr. Saeed at the reception for being welcoming and supportive. The entire team goes above and beyond to assist guests.

The staff is very friendly and their welcome is highly appreciated.

The staff is cheerful and welcomes you from the moment you arrive at the barracks. You will find someone to help you carry your bags and the receptionist is more than wonderful and provides you with all the good things you love, but the hotel is kind of old as you feel that as soon as you ride the elevators and in the hotel corridors I found one of the wardrobes broken and it fell on my foot but the price for the value is good because the location is ideal near Al-Raqqa Street. The hotel is ideal for families. There are no discos or disturbance at night. Parking is available inside the hotel.

The food was good but did not have lots of varieties. We stayed in level 5 at the hotel. The house keeping boy was really humble and sweet. Khwaja was his name if not mistaken. He made sure the room was neat and clean and provided us with all the necessary items. When ask for something, he does the work done immediately. I thank him for his kindness during our stay.

I requested for early check-in which was denied. After 2:15pm I got access card. Self-service for luggage to your room. AC was not cooling, and I was with my 3 years daughter. No follow up on complaint Parking is very congested; you have to be early bird to get the parking.

Value for money. The staff were ok but not up to mark. Air conditioner was horrific, requested 3-4 times to fix it but nothing came back from front desk or maintenance team. Bathroom slipper missing from the guest accessories.
