The rooms, and the unexpected upgrade that we got offered at check in. Shoutout to Ms. Djina as she was really happy and welcoming and made sure we look forward to our stay a lot more than with the expectations we came here with. At our request they had also arranged cakes and had set up our room to celebrate our birthday and anniversary as well, which was wholesome. The pool nd the beach access with volleyball courts, football area, and the sunset could plead us to stay under the sun for a lot more longer. The house keeping service was really great and rapid with experienced employee Mr. Tesko, who assisted us with a big smile on his face throughout the whole process, which added on to a brighter look to our rooms. The breakfast options were limited yet tasteful, anyone visiting here should make sure to have breakfast included in their selection and make sure to have the waffles as it’s one of the best waffles I have ever had. One of the waitress Ms. Habiba had also arranged a cake for us to bid farewell to our stay at the Hampton which kept our faith in humanity more alive than ever. I would recommend anyone to come and have a relaxing staycation or vacation here at the Hampton by Hilton. Thankyou guys, this summer will remain in my head rent free for a long time to come😄🙌❤️

Room carpets and dirty and sticky; very crowded everywhere - from the lobby, pool and beach, also on the dining area, everywhere is very noisy and not relaxing. Cannot even sit on the lobby as many guests are staying there and even sleeping. No perfect spots to take some good photos.

Location is good, affordable price, one kabayan staff in kids hub is really nice and friendly (forgot her name), nice view from our room, food is great.

The pool was too busy and crammed. When i ordered a drink and paid full price after waiting 20 min at the bar for 2x simple cocktails that tasted soo bad i though we would get a better service as we werent all inclusive

The hotel is generally very good, but it lacks some amenities in the bathrooms, such as headbands and cotton swabs. The swimming pool is also very small compared to the large number of guests in the hotel, which is very annoying for visitors.

The food is very clean and varied. Special thanks to Chef Kamal who makes a great effort in serving large numbers during meal time.

I suggest to put a water dispenser in the room (same like Hampton Al Barsha) it would be better and not call housekeeping everytime you want water. Great help in the environment too to lessen plastic bottles use.

I did not like the behavior or the bar man Gladson he was very rude not only to me even to few customers there , he need to go for a customer service training and learn how to talk to people around . Pizza tuna was not available since a long time as per the staff there and I believe they must remove it from the menu The pool was a bit hot , must of the hotels in uae are having cooler pools .

I would have enjoyed experiencing the pool area if there weren’t too many people. The buffet had limited food options too both dinner and breakfast.

The room had everything you expect in a hotel room . The bed was large enough for 2 people and it is comfortable. The staff who assisted us, Carlo, was friendly and accommodating. He has given us a free upgrade knowing our stay was our anniversary.

Buffet dinner lack spread .. also bar counter along with buffet counters was restricted for people with some tag on hand , no one explained about it while buying the buffet coupons, was in line of it and felt embarrassed in crowd when said u are not eligible . Some one could have explained about the situation before hand.

Not a complain, but if FnB department can include more vegetarian Asian dishes for the breakfast, it would be highly appreciated.

Everything. From the check in till checkout, we were taken care of like they value our presence. Especially Karlo at concierge who upgraded us. Felt like we were in Moscow 😁 as the majority of the guests were from Russia on those days. We stayed 2 nights and no complains whatsoever. Surely we will stay in Hampton before end of the year.
