We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

QatarWhen we arrived we had to wait for like 15mis for our room to be confirmed it'swhichone, Our duvet cover was missing, we were told it was sent for laundry, and we were given a small one as we continued waiting, but it never came We had to ask for towels & soaps Under the bed was very dirty ,infact we asked for a bloom to swep by ourselves If there is something they can do or improve to the cigarette 🚬 smokes that smell in their room's , that would be great The rest is ok

QatarWe stayed for six days and below were the downfall during our stay: 1. They gave us a smelly blanket and itchy bed sheet. I have asked them to replace it with new sheets. 2. Only two toilets/washrooms for all the dwellers. Have always to queue when using it. 3. No mirror in the room; had to go to the washroom for mirror. 4. I asked to borrow an iron; but never arrived despite them telling us that it will be delivered. 5. No power outlet near the washing machine; how are we supposed to use it if there is no power outlet. 6. Rooms are not soundproof; so be ready to hear the loud noises of cars outside and giggling of other dwellers in the living room.
I like that it's nearby ATM machines, hypermarket, laundry shops, and even restaurants.

QatarThe number that's is pinned here you can call several times while no nobody answer , the location sent was wrong , I kept on calling their manager number but there was no response, it took me more than 1hr trying to locate the location, since he was not answering my calls they dont offer towel in the room ,instead they charge for towels 10dh. The washroom floor was always wet and water drops from the bathroom roof
