Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I really like the place - excellent location on West Palm Beach - for me it’s the best at the Palm, as you have the promenade to walk in the evenings and you don’t need to go through the tunnel to the outer crescent with possible traffic jams. I enjoy the subdued luxury of its design, still very fresh. Rooms, amenities, bathrooms, beds, smell - everything is of superior quality. Breakfasts are plentiful, with a lot of choices. This time I discovered some items I’ve missed before: shakshukas, miso soup and sorbets. The beach is good as always with a lot of sunbeds and loungers (which I prefer) and free ice buckets of water. Hotel staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful - they helped me a lot with scanning and printing documents I needed. This time I’ve got a free upgrade to a better room with executive lounge access - many thanks for that. So: excellent, as always

For starters we were greeted by Aniko who pointed us (ex gratia) to the priority check in where the wonderful Walaa helped us to sign in easily & swiftly, both these ladies were Amazing & they bring great honor to the Hilton brand. This level of hospitality accompanied us throughout the entire stay. This establishment's staff is truly unique, everybody is always helping with a smile. Hotel is clean beyond belief, Room was spacious above regular standards, Broadband WiFi was strong & stable, Huge bathroom area including extra large walk in Shower & Bathtub, Fast elevators, Rich & delicious breakfast, Variety of restaurants inside the Hotel, Lovely Pool & Beach area, Great location in the beginning of the Palm - Our expectations were met Far & Beyond, so do not hesitate for a second, Value for Money this is a must visit Hotel.

The hotel and the service that it provides if of the highest level that have experienced. They have a lot of details that make a difference, such as providing unlimited drinking water and ice, in hot hours staff comes and provides some fresh towels that smell really nice for us to put in our heads, everything is always very organized and cleaned. The staff is super nice!
