Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.

La habitacion con cama King size un poco justa de tamaño para una tercera cama extra, sin embargo todas las camas eran muy confortable, incluso la cama supletoria para mi hijo.

Comentario auténticoLa ubicación es muy buena. La habitación amplia y bonita. El desayuno es muy completo. Por lo general el personal muy amable, aunque con algunas excepciones.
El olor del baño. Salía del sumidero un olor espantoso a baño público que impregnaba la habitación. El precio del hotel bastante elevado. A nuestra llegada al hotel, tuvimos un problema con nuestra reserva. Llegamos alrededor de las 3 de la mañana al hotel. Yo había solicitado el early check-in. En recepción nos atendió un joven bastante seco y desagradable. Nos informó que nuestra habitación no estaba lista aún y que no nos podían alojar, que tendríamos que haber reservado para el 12, no para el 13 . Le pregunté si podía pagar por otra habitación y me dijo que no, que estaban llenos… puedo aceptar que tendría que haber reservado para el 12. Pero la actitud del muchacho no fue la mejor. Nos dejó a mi madre y a mi en la calle a las 3 de la mañana sin ofrecernos una disculpa. Ni siquiera intentó ayudarnos a buscar una alternativa. Simplemente nos echó de madrugada a la calle a dos mujeres solas. Ni intentó fingir que le importaba lo más mínimo. El resto del personal fue muy amable. No volvería a alojarme

Comentario auténticoLa ubicación es perfecta, a solo 10 minutos a pie del Burj Khalifa y del Dubai Mall. También está muy bien conectado con el resto de la ciudad, lo que facilita moverse. El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento, especialmente Salah quien hizo todo lo posible para que tuviéramos una estancia maravillosa. Su cálida sonrisa y su disposición nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Nuestra habitación era moderna, espaciosa e impecablemente limpia. La cama era increíblemente cómoda - ¡seguimos soñando con ella! La habitación también era muy luminosa, lo que nos encantó. Recomendaríamos el Hotel Boulevard a cualquiera que visite Dubai. La combinación de una excelente ubicación, un personal amable y habitaciones cómodas lo convierte en una opción fantástica. Definitivamente nos quedaríamos aquí nuevamente en nuestro próximo viaje.
