Our stay had several issues, especially with the AC and delayed service, but I appreciated the manager's personal follow-up with sincere apology, and the thoughtful gesture of crediting me IHG points for my potential future visit.

ROOM KEYS

The hotel was nice and we had a great time during our stay. However, the only issue we faced was with the room keys. We had rooms on different floors, but the keys didn’t allow access to those floors, so we had to go to the reception every time we needed to visit each other. It was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, everything else was good.

It just the beach quite far to walk especially when having a small kid but I guess will be better if u can provide a service especially to elder people or having a children that would be much appreciated

Hotel needs improvment such as paint smell we had to change rooms plese sujjesting improvements but spécial mention to all staff are great

When we arrived, the reception was extremely busy and we had to wait a bit for our room. However, the manager stepped in and kindly assisted us, offering an upgrade to a suite since I was traveling with my family and child. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay much more comfortable.
