Very clean and modern, exceptional service from staff. Outdoor bar lovely, comfortable and allows children into late in the evenings with a splash park at the bar. Pool was clean and peaceful.

Fantastic place to stay with family. Comfortable rooms, helpful and careful personnel. Large swimming pool with few guests, real enjoyment for someone who likes swimming/training. Very clean facilities all over the hotel. Thanks to Michael (reception) and Laura (kids club).

The breakfast could have more variety and there was no salad dressing with the salads not even olive oil or balsamic vinegar. Some dried fruits are cut in half , instead of being left whole. The F&B manager needs to treat all guests with the same amount of enthusiasm. Food should be replenished whether it’s a week day or a weekend. Also shower gel and shampoo containers should be refilled before another guest check in to the room .

Our stay was memorable, Daisy checked us in and was friendly and professional, Ramesh wheeled our luggage to our room which was very clean , Nagi makes fantastic cocktails and keeps his guests entertained. Kudzai , Sunny , Sharif made sure we were served in the Farmers Common.

The downside was the location – it’s quite far from central Jumeirah and on the more isolated side. However, the hotel is conveniently close to Dubai Hills Mall and Mediclinic Parkview Hospital, where we had our medical check-ups, which was a big plus. We did face an issue with the in-room safety box, which malfunctioned and wouldn’t open. Since it contained our important documents, including passports, it caused some stress. While the engineering team worked on resolving the issue, we moved to another room one floor down. This was a bit of a disturbing experience, though thankfully, the team was eventually able to open the box and retrieve our belongings. Despite this incident, we appreciated the staff’s efforts and had a decent stay.

Overall, our stay at Hotel Local Jumeirah Village Triangle was very pleasant. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We also enjoyed the breakfast – it was delicious and well-served, adding a great start to each day.

We really couldn't fault the hotel at all.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. The hotel kindly upgraded our room upon arrival, the room was comfortable and spacious. The food throughout the hotel is prepared to a high standard. The staff are so friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome with our daughter. There's a kids playground and splash area next to the bar on the 1st floor and on Saturday they had balloons and face painting for kids. We'll definitely be back.

I am a very happy customer who is returning to Local whenever I am in Dubai, the location is one of the best, then comes the staff starting with Sasha and the whole reception team they are one of the best teams I ever got in contact with, the rooms are wide and comfy I struggle to leave everyday, the option of kids club is an added value so now when am considering to book with family it was the first choice, I didn't try the breakfast yet, but I have no doubts.

The hotel isn’t reachable by public transport. Requires a taxi/uber to go anywhere.

Excellent location. We traveled with 2 children. After the first night the hotel manager upgraded us to a free room. The children's playground is excellent. The kids loved Laura from the Play Zone. She love childrens. The food is from local producers and is very tasty. Very large pool. You can swim leisurely if you want! The pool bar and the children's playground give you freedom if you are with children. Impeccable cleaning service. Towels changed twice a day. Congratulations!
