Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThe hotel is a bit old. The room has it all (TV, comfy bed, hair dryer, safe, table and chair, fridge) but it feels a bit old. I was also unlucky with my room card. It didn't work at the check in. I had to go tp the reception to update the card but it still didn't work. The staff member was very kind and fixed the issue but the next day I had the same situation again. They replaced the battery in the locker. But then my card didn't work again. It was fixed every time by pleasant staff members but I felt it was too much having an access issue three times in three days. Then I couldn't unlock my safe. It turned out that simply dialing the code wasn't enough. You had to put some pressure on the safe door while dialing the code. I learnt it hard way by again asking a pleasant staff member to solve my issue. They have a swimming pool which is great but for some reason to get a towel at the swimming pool, you need to request a towel card at the reception which I didn't know. And again the pool guy was nice to allow me to use the towel without the card but I don't understand why can't I just show my room card instead.
They have a restaurant. The food for breakfast / lunch / dinner is very yammi and quite affordable (25dhs / 39 dhs / 39 dhs accordingly). They have a pleasant swimming pool. The hotel is very close to the beach, 5 min walk, but in my case out of 3 days I could only swim on day 1. Day 2 and 3 the beach was open but it was forbidden to swim because of the strong wind and waves (not very high in my opinion but still not allowed to swim). Given that this hotel is relatively far from the city center (30-40 min walk), the proximity to the beach was my number 1 priority and unfortunately I didn't get it. You ususally have taxis at the entrance waiting for you in case you don't walk to the city center. The price will be somewhere around 13-16 dhs.
