Therefore, there are no tensions whatsoever, so you can be kind enough to do a recommendation if you sincerely felt safe and, most importantly, the hygiene as you also mentioned. About the size of the room, that was the room type you booked, we have other room types, which are even four times that one you stayed. If you go through the room options on the site or any other property, you will understand that there are or no other options of room depending on the owners room description a d availability, but MaMa Delight do have other options.

Hello there Thank you for your feedback. Firstly, our property, which you stayed in, is situated in Abudhabi, the capital state of the United Arab Emirates, not Dubai. Secondly, the cost of the room you stayed wasn't the actual room you paid for, that room is almost thrice the price of the original price you paid, there was an adjustment, which should affect your stay with us, hence we had to sacrifice that room type which is called a double/twin room meant for either two or three adults hence the two beds in one room. Didn't you ask yourself how come such a cheap price for such room type? We didn't mention this to you as this isn't your concern but ours. If you can rate us in this manner after giving such a big room for that price, that means if given your actual room, we may be getting 1 point. For confirmation, next time you visit Abudhabi, reserve a stay around that price with some other property and see the difference, then you will realize that room was given to you for almost free. Thirdly, about the smell, that's airfresheners you smell in the air plus that room was just newly painted, sorry for whatever inconvenience it caused. For the airfresheners, sorry, we won't stop using them for some reasons best known to us. About the notice, lol....well, in your own words, when briefly told what was stated on the notice, you actually said for some humans to act in such a dirty manner, they are worse than an animal, that even some animals are well behaved, I don't see how this is a problem to you, by putting some of these kind of people in check by placing a simple rule on the wall. This is someone's apartment, they have the right to place some important rules, just as you have the right to place some rules on the walls of your home. Even in some hotels, they place simple rules as well for their guest to abide to make all services rendered to them seamless. Sorry, this is not a problem at all. It's very baseless. Thank you.

Hello there, Thank you so much for your feedback About the room being small, yes, it is small. Hence, it is going for as low as that price . About the shared washroom being untidy, that is absolutely not true. I am a lady, and I stay insite the property. Probably, there is another definition of untidiness for you. For us here, cleanliness is what we take to heart. So apologies if our washrooms aren't as how you expected it. But dirty, no way it is. There are disinfectant, toilet bowl cleaners in the WC, and liquid toilet disinfectant. This is to show how we take our and that or our guests' hygiene seriously. You arrived pretty late, probably a guest may have used and didn't leave clean after him or her, and of course no cleaner will be up at the time to check the washroom if it is been cleaned after use. So that doesn't mean you have to give a general conclusion that the washrooms are untidy. About safety. Safety here is 100%, and there will never be an issue of unsafe. Thank you.

If you want to do this with us next time as compensation for this, you can book a much more better and comfortable room but not with the little price you have paid that could hardly get one a proper breakfast, affordable? yes! very affordable 👌

Next time you want something big, Kindly go for our much more bigger rooms with a few extra difference in value rather than 50aed.
