The smell in the toilet and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the shower.

The location is incredibly convenient - directly accessible by public bus from the airport, with easy bus transport links to major attractions. It’s just one bus stop to the cultural district and the Louvre. The host is exceptionally kind and polite, making the stay even more pleasant.

Good location, good value for money. There are a few shared facilities like kitchen etc but you still have your privacy. Ms Zhang answers all questions promptly. Good hospitality

Ideal for backpackers and solo travellers, location is very close to eateries and bus stations. Abu Dhabi Mall in walking distance. Rooms and Bathrooms maintained clean.

Instructions for check in weren't very clear; some details incorrect, but easily fixable. Check in is self-check in and out too which made things simple. Thought was bit overpriced for what it was, though it was national day weekend so potentially that's why. Mirror in main room also would have been handy.

Bed was comfy. And the location is actually very handy if you are using buses- bus stop outside goes to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The kitchen was helpful as we are backpacking so could eat breakfast on the cheap - needs a deep clean though, pretty grim in parts of it. our actual room and bathroom were clean tho aside of the hard to reach places (top of wardrobe etc).

Lack of car parking, was the only issue. I had to spend quite some time, finding space for unreserved parking spaces.

The room which we booked was spacious, with 2 large beds, a spacious kitchen with coffee makers, and we were surprised to see some pasteries in the refrigerator, and also thebathrooms, had hot water all the time. The apartment was in the centre of the city, with all required amenities such as restaurants, parks, bus stops and many to add. It was Value for money, since the rate was affordable.

The owener was extremely helpful. I got stuck for an additional 2 days (apparently a rain is national disaster ) and the owner let me stay in the same room for the same price on 0 notice

The windows are like non existent. You cannot get decent sleep at all. The doors of the apartment are heavy and noisy and the fact that they rent an apartment to many people makes it even harder to rest, when there is constant noise either from other guests, from the building itself and from the mosque and outside especially in early morning.

They are the friendliest and most responsive hosts. Place was clean and decent furniture. Location is also very good, close enough to places.

When I arrived I could not identify the bathrooms, I found all the doors closed, but I contacted the owner and she explained.

The order, the infrastructure, the owner's attention since few days before the check in, the apartment has all the facilities to stay comfortable.

in the description it says it has the option for parking a car, but it not quite so easy...there were some issues because its a street parking place with some period rules and we had to change the place of our car. it wasnt so nice.

Host is really lovely and served us really well, and everything was just fine.
