Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SloveniaThe management needed more than 24 hours to finally give us some towels. Firstly, we were sent to the wrong location, supposedly for check-in, then they asked us to go to the original location, a 20-minute walk from there—in the heat and humidity. The room was small, the bed was small (about 120 cm for two people), and the sheets were too small for the bed, so they kept falling off. We asked for an extra pillow (there were two of us and only one pillow), and we received a brand new one, still in a plastic bag, without a cover. There was bubble gum stuck in the cabinet, a lot of dust, and the bathroom had some mold on the ceiling; it was all wet, so there was no dry place to put clean towels or clothes. The electric plug in the room was so close to the bed that you couldn't recharge your phone.
There were two bathrooms, so one was always available.

QatarAreas for Improvement: Crowded Lobby: The lobby tends to get very crowded from 6 PM till 11 PM, with many people waiting for the elevator. It would be beneficial if the venue in charge could find a solution to manage this crowd.
Positive Aspects: Staff: The staff, especially Elias, were helpful and supportive. Location: Conveniently located in the Barsha Heights (Tecom) district, with a short walk to the Internet City Metro station. Dining Options: The area offers a variety of different restaurant cuisines. I wanted to take a moment to extend my heartfelt gratitude for Elias's help and support during my stay. His assistance made my experience much more Comfortable, and I truly appreciate your dedication and kindness.

United Arab EmiratesI had a terrible experience at Nomad. The place was incredibly dirty, and there was a foul smell throughout. The elevators had long queues, which was frustrating, and the service was non-existent. I can honestly say this is the worst place I've ever been to. I would not recommend it to anyone!

United KingdomThe person who messages on WhatsApp does not always respond. Find the pace was awful and then my room was occupied so it took 25mins to decide to put me in another room. You have to wait 15mins to get up in the lift at the building. The kitchen has files and was not cleaned properly. The WiFi is terrible, practically non existent. Now shower curtain. Overall a terrible experience and I will never return.
You have your own single bed and cupboard space.

United Arab EmiratesWhen we asked for a refund, the host told us that Booking.com would process the refund. I am requesting that you look into this matter urgently and take appropriate action against the property for violating your anti-discrimination policies. I also kindly request a full refund of the booking, including the extra AED 100 that was demanded at check-in.
Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Discriminatory Treatment and Refund Request – [Booking Reference Number 4784809588 Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a deeply distressing experience I had with a recent booking made through your platform. United Arab Emirates"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with an awful smell that made it hard to stay inside. The staff was rude and unhelpful, showing no concern for guests’ comfort. Basic amenities were missing, and the overall environment felt unsafe and unhygienic. I would never recommend this place to anyone – it completely ruined my trip. Definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in."

SwitzerlandHello, First of all, the pictures on Booking are completely different from reality. The apartment did not have a terrace as shown in the photos, and the room was absolutely disgusting—the walls were covered in mold, and I couldn't even unlock the door. The mattress on the bed was as hard as a rock. The air conditioning couldn't be turned off (it could only be turned off for the entire floor at the end of the hallway). The bathroom was extremely dirty. There were no digital nomads working as shown in the pictures and description, no game room with billiards, and no workspace. In one word—everything was a disaster! I stayed in that room for two nights, even though I had paid for 14, and then I moved to a normal hotel in Al Barsha. When we asked for a refund since nothing was as advertised, they told us there was absolutely no chance of getting one. Do not book here—it is completely ruined and an absolute disaster!
Nothing about this place was good—literally nothing.

SingaporeLeft the property after a few hours as it was not anything like the photos. Queues for elevator were around 40 minutes. I requested a refund and never heard anything back. Only positive was the good location close to the metro.
