Nothing at all — our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy more of the incredible facilities.

Our stay on 27–28 August was truly memorable. The architecture and design are breathtaking, blending modern elegance with absolute luxury. The views from our room were amazing, and the breakfast was the best we have ever had — especially the French toast, which was unforgettable. The staff were outstanding — warm, professional, and attentive — and really made us feel special throughout. The dining overall was exceptional, and our room was beautifully appointed with every detail thoughtfully considered.

We had to wait from 9am in the reception till 3 pm for the room this normally in Dubai it does not exist at all . I have been over 90 times to Dubai this has never happened to me and when I complained that they didn’t even offer anything then they offered lunch . But when I checked out it was in the bill and when I complained they said lunch was not included it’s not about lunch but I find it to be very disrespectful I would have given them 1 out of 10 just for this . but I didn’t want because I think something happened there . They still haven’t rectified there mistake and they do insist that lunch was not included I have demanded them to show me where I signed for lunch they still haven’t shown me

Everything was totally good

This hotel isn't just about the view—though that's a major highlight! The service was top-notch; the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. And let's talk about breakfast: a delicious spread with plenty of options to start your day right. The rooms are great, but with the amazing view, excellent service, and fantastic breakfast, this hotel is a winner. Highly recommend it!

The staff were exceptional ,a special shoutout to John at reception, who went above and beyond to help with everything, and to Bablu Prasad from room service for keeping everything spotless. We also thoroughly enjoyed the dinner the food was absolutely delicious! You truly made our visit unforgettable.

Our stay at this 5-star resort was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The location is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and breathtaking views from our room. The amenities were top-notch, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options that exceeded our expectations at every meal. Cleanliness was maintained at the highest standard throughout the resort, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Every aspect of our stay—location, amenities, food, cleanliness, room size, and views—was truly excellent. This resort has quickly become my favorite, and I will definitely be returning for another unforgettable stay.

Some of the female staff especially at the ground floor and reception weren’t friendly at all and showed zero sign of hospitality. On of my towels had a weird smell to it.

Room service food is average. The tv system and chrome cast system does not work well, it’s slow. My tv kept losing volume at random moments for a long period of time. I contacted front desk and was told someone would come while I’m gone. Nobody followed up after and the tv had the same issues.

The staff is amazing, property is clean and beautiful, rooms are good.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as expected for a hotel of this level. Also, they only offer one room cleaning per day, excluding turndown service

The room and the bathroom were spacious and well-designed, with a stunning skyline view that really stood out. The pool area was also a highlight - very relaxing
