Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Para obtener la puntuación general que te mostramos, sumamos las puntuaciones de los comentarios que hemos recibido y dividimos el total por el número de puntuaciones de los comentarios que hemos recibido. Usamos un sistema de comentarios ponderados, lo que significa que cuanto más reciente sea un comentario, mayor será su impacto en el cálculo de la puntuación total. Por otra parte, en la valoración se pueden dar "subpuntuaciones" individuales sobre aspectos importantes, como la ubicación, la limpieza, el personal, el confort, las instalaciones, la relación calidad-precio y la wifi gratuita. Ten en cuenta que los clientes envían sus subpuntuaciones y puntuaciones generales de manera independiente, de modo que no hay relación directa entre ellos.
Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.
Si alguna persona ve algo sospechoso, puede comunicárselo en todo momento al equipo de Atención al cliente para que nuestro equipo de Fraude pueda investigarlo.
Idealmente, publicamos todos los comentarios que recibimos, ya sean negativos o positivos. No obstante, no publicamos aquellos comentarios que contienen o hacen referencia, entre otras cosas, a:

- contenido promocional;
- actividades ilegales;
- información personal o sensible (por ejemplo, e-mails, números de teléfono o información de tarjetas de crédito);
- lenguaje ofensivo, sexual, discriminatorio, amenazante, que incite al odio o de contenido violento;
- spam y contenido falso;

Para garantizar que los comentarios son relevantes, solo aceptamos los que se envían en los tres meses siguientes al check-out, y solemos dejar de mostrarlos si tienen más de 36 meses o si el Alojamiento cambia de propietario.
El Alojamiento puede decidir si responder o no a los comentarios.

Comentario auténticoEl hotel es maravilloso. Parece un palacio de las 1.001 noches. Todo, todo cuidado al detalle en cada rincón. El personal excepcional y muy cálido, siempre deseando agradar. El desayuno fantástico y tuvimos ocasión de probar algunos de sus restaurantes y también estupendos.
Realmente fue todo excepcional. Quizás considerar que el precio es un poquito elevado pero merece la pena sin duda.
