We expected to see more animals or have a kind of an interactive experience at the mini Animal zoo, but it wasn't.

We liked everything, we had great time. The room was clean and in perfect condition, staff were super friendly and helpful, the check in and check out processes were very efficient and fast, breakfast was great... All around we enjoyed our stay.

So much to do and beautiful surroundings. Also all of the staff were so helpful and friendly especially Bam and Santi from concierge and Niqash the chef who was so happy to meet dietary requirements (gluten and dairy free) and cooked whatever our children wanted.

I check out one day in advance because my daughter gets sick and we go to the hospital, so we use it on night and other night we did not used , appreciate if u can re consider the second night for us as we are regular customer on Booking, appreciate ur support on it.

Sofa bed was a floppy uncomfortable mattress. We now have very sore backs due to poor quality of bed. TVs should be updated to use Netflix.

Comfortable room size and bath size. Balcony was great way to separate kids and parents.

Everything was good.

Our stay at JAPTC was really comfortable,enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable, Devi and Katherine from Reception were really helpful who helped us with check-in and even managed an early check-in upon our request. All the staff in the resort were really helpful, friendly, and polite, especially Babu and Raju, who used to provide us with a Buggy service to go for breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious in all the restaurants, especially at Kinara, which was really, really good. I would highly recommend this place.

The distance sometimes is too far to walk and the golf cars may take ages (average of 10-20min) or sometimes never came.

Great resort, incredible for families and fun. The kids club is convinient and they are really attentive. Great beach and so many pools. We had a really good time.

Nothing to not like about this places.

Everything here is just wonderful. Right from the staff at reservation desk, she was really helpful in explaining the details to us about this huge property of JA resorts. All our requests were accomodated well. The golf cart staffs were also friendly, talking to us and giving us a glimpse of this huge property taking us for a tour around. There are so many pools, play area, splash park, Tamr pool we enjoyed alot, there is a zoo for kids to visit. Best is Palm tree court experience is the best, nature/ forest living…never imagined there is a property like this spread in 1 M acre of land in Dubai. I am short of words to sum up my experience. So many small waterfalls, peacocks, birds..in awe of this place and surely going back. Worth the money. Thanks to all the staff for taking care of the guests so very well 🫶🏼❤️
