My expectations for House keepers and cleaning of the room were not met

The breakfast was so various and delicious . All the staff were friendly. Location of hotel was great to access city center and Dubai mall. The pool views were amazing

The elevators are a bit puzzling and it takes a while to figure out what elevator to take to what floor

The infinity pool with its breathtaking Burj view from the 64th floor was truly amazing. breakfast was exceptional.

Our stay at the Paramount Hotel Midtown was truly wonderful. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-designed, with an excellent view that made our experience even more special. Breakfast was rich, offering a wide variety of options and great quality, leaving us fully satisfied. What really made our stay unforgettable, however, was the service provided by the staff – especially Aaron at the reception. From the very first moment until our departure, his attitude was impeccable. Extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. His professionalism and personal attention made us feel like valued guests. For us, he was perhaps the best employee in the hotel, and he truly deserves special recognition. Overall, Paramount Midtown combines luxury facilities with a high level of service, and thanks to employees like Aaron, it manages to deliver an experience that will be remembered.

Some kids were playing loudly in the main pool, making it a bit hard to relax or enjoy a quiet meal by the water. It would be helpful if lifeguards could guide families toward the kids' pool. Overall: a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Great location — about 20 minutes walking distance from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, with a nearby metro station. In a city like Dubai, where walking isn’t always easy, location is key. Spotless rooms and common areas. Special thanks to Fawad, who took great care of our room and made our stay extra comfortable. Great breakfast with high-quality international and local options, including healthy choices. Well-equipped gym with a beautiful city view. Super friendly and professional staff at reception and concierge. Always helpful, always smiling. Stunning rooftop pool with breathtaking views of Dubai’s skyline and the Burj Khalifa. Loved it from the first moment.

The are some areas around the pool which are slippery. The pool is shallow throughout so doesn’t allow for swimming. Very hot surfaces around the pool.

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and in all areas of the hotel including the pool and spa area. Liked the convenience of the ice machines in each floor and the 24 hour shop next door.

Prices were a bit expensive

The view from the pool was jaw dropping! The food was delicious. The theme of the hotel was cool. We liked how the taxis are easily accessible outside all the time. Highly recommend.

The rope in path room that is used to hang wet cloths was broken, water faucet in the path room was little bit loose. some how we it is hard to find a seat on swimming pool.

breakfast was amazing in terms of quality and variety, valet parking is available for free but it is little bit busy most of the time, swimming pool in floor 64 is nice with a view on Burj Khalifa. Reception staff are wonderful, thanks to Juana she gave us a complementary upgrade from deluxe room to one bed room suit. Also, I forgot some items in the hotel , so I used their lost/found service via their web site, they found these items and kept it for me then I went to collect it. Location is near to Dubai mall and Burj Khalif , it is about 10 minutes drive, or 25 minutes walking but you have to consider the weather in summer which is very hot.
