Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel was comfortable, the staff were very welcoming, and to make the experience even better, they offered tickets to amazing attractions like teamLab, Warner Bros World, Ferrari World, and SeaWorld. I did face a small issue during my stay, but the administration resolved it smoothly and professionally. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I highly recommend this hotel

United KingdomWe booked a 1-bedroom apartment for 4 but there was only one bed in the room, I would have expected at least a sofa bed in the living room.
Great value for money, location was a bit out of central Abu Dhabi but a quick taxi ride to anywhere so not much of an issue. Breakfast was amazing. I'll say the hotel was probably a bit more than what we expected and the staff were very good and attentive.
