Most rooms have no windows and are quite small. Mattress in my second room was hard.

Excellent location, 4 minutes walk to Mall of the Emirates where you'll find the metro and bus stations. Great Value for money, you won't find a better location or place for that kind of money. Friendly and helpful staff, keeping the common areas clean. Easy what's up communication. Mohamed always answered all my questions promptly. Even met me and helped me with the luggage and directions when I checked in. Good wi fi. Cooking facilities and iron with ironing board which were very helpful. Very pleased with my stay there. The partition size is what you can expect from it, pretty compact. I had a big suitcase so I couldn't put it inside the drawer. If you travel light, there would be enough room.

The accomodation is clean, pretty comfortable, there is a nice small cooking area, bathroom is clean, you can use washing machine and ironing unit. Wi-Fi is ok, not very fast but I could upload and download 50 gb for my work purposes for a reasonable time (speed is about 60-70 mbit). Cleaner comes everyday, the common areas are always clean. The host is great, you can communicate with them via Whatsapp easily. Mr. Mohammed was extremely helpful. The location is good, you can either walk to Mall of Emirates and then to metro or to the Insurance market (Mashreq) station - each direction is 10 minutes walking maximum. You can also get to a good public beach via 81 bus route in 30-40 minutes. There is a small grocerries store on the ground floor of the same building or you can walk 50 meters to a restaurant, or you can walk 10 minutes to Carrefour in Mall of Emirates or in opposite direction to a cheap Viva store.

Mohammed, is one of the best people I met. He is kind, very helpful, always there if you need anything, whether you’re changing rooms, or need help regarding the facility. Mohammed is good at what he does.

I stayed at this hostel for over a month and a half, and it was a great experience. The place is cleaned four to five times a day, ensuring the bathrooms, kitchen, and all areas are spotless. The staff, especially Ibrahim, is incredibly friendly and helpful—he made my stay so enjoyable that we became friends. The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the metro and three minutes from the Mall of the Emirates, with all services nearby. I extended my stay multiple times because of how comfortable and well-located it is. Highly recommend!

The room was small but I dont have any complaints because i like the way it is. Though there was no window in my room but its ok with me. I am not claustrophobic.

I like that it is quite inside, near the shops and restaurants and value for money. Their assistant or customer relations named Mohammad Abdal Fattah was very helpful during my stay there. I’ll stay again for sure.

As for the rooms, they are terrible—hard mattresses, very dirty, everything is falling apart, and both showers are moldy. This is clearly a case of fraud. It’s outrageous that this happened, and I strongly warn everyone against booking a room at this hotel. Stay away!

Awful. This is not a hotel, it's an apartment falling into disrepair. The management, Pharaohs, is beyond terrible- they are absolute disgrace. They provide a phone number for contact, but nobody answers, or worse you stuck with automatic replies. I have no idea how they're allowed to run such a scam. For check-in, you have to wait indefinitely, and check-out you need to wait until 12 to get your 50 Dirhams security back! I nearly missed my plane because of that. the bed is overly worn and doesn’t seem clean. I never saw dirty windows and curtains like that, only in abandoned buildings. Absolutely Very BAD

The bathrooms weren't very clean but it met my expectations comparing to other hostels (it's cleaned by staff members every three hours) but I also had to clean it myself everytime before use cause I care much about self hygiene

Please everybody stay away from this place! Photos in the booking are 10 years old. So shame for Booking.com that they are keep such places. Kitchen full of insects(including the cockroaches), room is dirty like a hell😭 I didn’t even enter to the Bathroom(thanks God didn’t open it, can’t imagine how it looks) This place not for Humans or even for Animals. Host is responsible for NOTHING! Please save your nerves and money with you rather than going to this Hostel!!! There are many Hotels with good rooms for 35-40$.

The place wasn’t as new as the photos depicted it to be. The AC at night was too cold and when I asked the manager to turn down the temperature all housekeeping did was put tape on the vents. I stayed in developing countries and had better AC regulation than this! In addition to that I wouldn’t recommend single women stay here the place was full of men.

Exceeding than expectation. The adjustment is very nice and quiet. I never forget this experience ever. The staff is very nice. Mr.Muhammad , and all others are very nice and helpful. The price is also budget one. In the apartment, all facilities are included. Wifi speed is very fast and stable. Because of these reasons, I extended one more night.
