I stayed here for a month and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was very neat, clean, and gave a homely feel. We had full access to the kitchen and washing area at all times, which made the stay very convenient. A special mention to Fayas, the Sri Lankan room boy, who was extremely helpful, polite, and ensured everything was kept in perfect condition throughout. He truly added to the comfort of the stay. While the room itself is great, the building is quite old and not very impressive. Also, the rates can be a bit high during peak times. But apart from that, the atmosphere inside is peaceful and well-maintained. Would recommend it for short to medium stays!

The first room had a broken bed, and the second had loud AC noise from the balcony. The toilet smelled bad, there were no towels, and a hole between rooms allowed light and noise, affecting privacy and sleep. The property looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com, which was misleading

The best thing about the hostel is its location, close to everything. The sea, the market, and restaurants are all just a few steps away. It's also quiet at night, making it a great place to sleep. The stay is fantastic, and the price is.

No one met so I needed to look for the entrance to the building by myself at night. Awful elevators. Terrible rooms, broken door locks, extremely small room, just for having a bed and nothing more. Photos do not reflect reality. They do not refund money upon request when I informed about non-willing to stay there. I dont really know how booking.com.allow.them to be listed at all. It is absolute bullshit and fraud.

Very unpleasant experience. SHARED AC with another room. The other room was noisy until 2 am. Smelly sheets.. possibly never washed. No sea view. No TV. The location was unknown. The manager made me wait 30 minutes without answering the call while trying to get the location details. Lights were not working... later fixed after complaining... Refrigerator was unclean and expired stuffs were inside... Literally a HELL HOLE...

The property isn't a good value for money. Bed bugs everywhere, called the manager to complain, which he promised to change my room, but never did despite my pleas, and my supposed 17 days vacation became a horror movie experience. I had sleepless nights from the noise outside as the balcony doors had no locks and never closed properly. I could hear everything from my next-door neighbour as though I were in the in a bedspace or dormitory. The property owner lied about having everything listed online. * There's no TV, * No fridge , * No microwave, * No Table, * No chair, * Balcony door * No living or sitting area. * Not even a single mirror in the Room * No good Washing Maching, * No sea view and every other thing listed on the website ( my advice is not to pay on reservations until you see view the place and you're satisfied to do so). ● When I phoned the manager to complain, he asked me to report the property and make my complaints on Booking.com. which i did, and I SUGGEST THIS PROPERTY BE TAKEN DOWN FROM BOOKING.COM WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY as it doesn't conform to the property policies stated here. ● The property manager is full of lies, doesn't care for the tenants' safety, and extortion money from foreign clients via lies, which violates the UAE customer rights policy. He treats his staff very dis- speakably. No respecter of the UAE Law for customer rights. ● Balcony doors have no locks and risks for theft, have to constantly sleep in fear, carry my vital stuffs with me, main door is always open with people smoking everywhere, in the kitchen, and varendas and stairs, very small lift can't even breath we'll in it, if you have some forms of Asthma, coming here is a wrong idea.

The TV was not working, the wall on my right side had full fungal growth, 1 night I was woken up by water dripping from the AC on my head, 1 split unit AC was divided between 2 so called rooms by a thin partition, room and bed sheets and linens were so dirty that I had to ask the staff to remove them right away and I myself cleaned the room, then the laundary was a huge issue, no place to dry the clothes. Every single time I texted the property by Booking.com they will say we will resolve this immediately but NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. Lastly the bathrooms, they were extremely dirty with strong stench of urine. At times I had to flush the urine in the bowl as it was left as such. No toiletories provided. I was under so much pressure from my work otherwise I would have never stayed at this place as there was no option for refund. If that's now the standard of Booking.com then I will never book through this app or website ever again. Atleast do some kind of inspection before letting such people renting out the places on Booking.com. Honestly, I am extremely disappointed and I really wish this never ever happens to me ever again.

Cleanliness is poor and most of the guests are smoking in the kitchen. The room l got doesn't have keys, l always take my things to the room with keys but eventually that room had broken AC. And the lift to the building is tiny, only allow 4 person max, with all of you 4 person cramped in the lift.

Location is good, plenty of restaurants nearby, near to the bus stop.

Our guest did not stay this property because very treatment fro The manager so we requested for refund but the property & booking.com are refusing to reverse the booking amount saying the policy. Absolutely not acceptable.

Once I entered the building I found it very dirty. The space of the lift is so small, it can accommodate just 2 people at a time. When you go out from the lift you can see laying dirty socks on the floor. So it gives unpleasant impression.

Rooms are little, thin walls separate from other rooms. No one was waiting for me even if I told them my check-in time, luckily a guy who was sleeping in another room opened and gave me the key of my room. No sign at the entrance, it was hard to find the place. Nasty neighbors with strange people hanging around.

Very good position, near the city center and the sea but there is not any phenomenal sea view. Good price-quality ratio. Shared bathroom and kitchen.

incorrect, incomplete address on listing, hours spent driving around, zero advice about parking in AD could lead to your rental car being towed away. There is no phenomenal aspect of the sea view. The room is not private at all with a large hole housing pipework to an adjacent room.

When I eventually got rhe right contact number, which was not listed in the booking nor the receipt, Mahmoud was very nice and helpful but there were still issues due to inexperience and miscommunication with the agent.
